For "Non immig O + retirement extension"....Great communications. Can ask questions. Can get reasonable answers quickly. It took me 35 days, if you don't count the 6 holidays when immigration was not working. If you get as a couple, visa might not come on the same day. They gave us a link to keep checking progress but really the only progress is going from having the application in and getting the visas finally. So you just have to wait. And the progress link says "3-4 weeks" but in our case it's 6-7 weeks total for both O visas and retirement extensions, which they also told us. But we did not have to do anything except submit and just wait, about an hour at the office. It's quite easy and I would do again and again. My wife's visa took 48 days but we both have 25 & 26 July 2024 as renewal dates. So we recommend THAIVISA to all our friends without hesitation.
