I have been using TVC for some time now with good results, so is it this that makes me continually return? Actually it's not the usual "buzz words" which are banded about such as (Professional, Good quality, Responsive, Good value etc.), although they certainly encompass all of those, but isn't that what I'm paying for? The last time I used their services I made basic errors without even realizing it, poor exposure on pictures, no link for Google map, less than full postal address for their office, and worst of all I was late in getting the information package to them. What I value is that my errors were picked up and the small things which had the potential to be very problematic for me were quickly and quietly addressed, in short someone had my back and that was TVC - something to remember.
