TVC is helping me with the transition to a retirement visa, and I cannot fault their service. I contacted them via email first of all, and through a set of clear and simplified instructions they told me what to prepare, what to send to them via email and what to bring with me to my appointment. Because a lot of the important information had already been provided via email, when I arrived at their office for my appointment all I had to do was sign a few documents they’d pre-filled based on the information I’d sent via email, hand over my passport and some pics, and make a payment. I arrived for my appointment one week before the end of the visa amnesty, and, despite having a lot of customers, I did not have to wait to see a consultant. No queues, no ‘take a number’ chaos, and no confused people wondering what to do next – just a very organised and professional process. As soon as I entered their office space a staff member who spoke excellent English called me to her desk, opened my files and got to work. I wasn’t making note of the time, but it felt like it was all over in 10 minutes. They told me to allow two to three weeks, but my passport with new visa was ready to collect after 12 days. TVC simplified the process completely, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended and worthwhile.
