The year since Thai visa center handled my annual one-year extension (retirement visa) has been wonderful. Managing the quarterly 90 days, no longer having to send money every month, when I didn't need or want to, while worrying about currency conversions and such, all made for a totally different visa management experience. This year, the second extension they have done for me now, was done in some five days and without so much as a bead of sweat falling from my brow. Any sensible person who knows about this organization would be using them immediately, exclusively, and for as long as they have such needs.
