5 stars all the way. I visited the office as I like to do business face to face. I was warmly greeted, professionally handled and was back on my way in less than 30 minutes. 5 days later, Visa and passport in hand and very thankful for the ease of service. Highly recommended. My focus was a retirement O visa.
