מההתחלה, Thai Visa היו מאוד מקצועיים. רק כמה שאלות, שלחתי להם מסמכים והם היו מוכנים לעזור לי לחדש את ויזת הפרישה שלי. ביום החידוש אספו אותי ברכב נוח, חתמתי על כמה מסמכים ולקחו אותי ללשכת ההגירה. בלשכת ההגירה חתמתי על עותקים של המסמכים שלי. פגשתי קצין הגירה וזהו, סיימתי. החזירו אותי הביתה ברכב שלהם. שירות מצוין ומקצועי מאוד!!
