*Retirement Visa Application* Correspondence was with Grace. (We did speak to another lady and she was helpful also- Grace was out of office at the time. ) No question we asked was "silly", we were made to feel comfortable during all correspondence. We booked accommodation in Bangkok from Malaysia ( we are Australian's sailing in our yacht and applying for the retirement visas) for 10 days- made it a holiday! We got picked up, driven to bank then onto Immigration. This process started from pick up at 8am & dropped back to hotel by 1pm. Awesome! The driver, Mr Sun, was extremely helpful and efficient, from driving us right down to helping with translation with the "powers that be" for signing documents and general understanding. For us, pick up was Thursday 16th April ( 1 day earlier than initially expected so a nice surprise for starters) and passports and new bank book delivered to our hotel by motorbike courier on Sat 18th@ 6pm. This service was absolutely amazing. Worth every cent we paid to have it all happen smoothly..... Flights- accommodation- the lot!! Peace of Mind🙏 We would, (will & have) recommend the Thai Visa Centre to everyone. Fast. Efficient. Honest. Trustworthy.
