Having spent the last 4 years renewing retirement visa at Chaeng Wattana where a full day was spent following agent from different departments and many hours waiting to be attended to, my experience visiting the Thai Visa Centre was most welcome with amazing service. Arrived at 10am and everything explained, questions answered and departed 40 minutes later feeling reassured that I'd made the correct decision. 2 days later I was informed by message that my Visa extension had completed and that a courier would deliver my updated extension stamped passport to me. Amazing change of experience and highly recommend this no nonsense service to others.
