I enquired about a tourist visa, through their Facebook page, straight away they responded that they could help. They then asked for my passport and photo sized picture via email. As soon as they received the information, Grace advised that they don't process tourist visas. I questioned what changed within 5 minutes of correspondence they never replied. I'm suspecting they are not genuine
