Raphael unsure why you're holding such a strong grudge/vendetta against TVC with your relentless scare-mongering? Sure they got some bad press yesterday, but as mentioned by several of their clients in this thread the visa's are legit having been independently verified directly with the Immigration Office. Numerous other Agents follow the same process with their visa's issued by the same I/O that TVC used (eg, MyThaiVisa), so why not make accusations against them as well as "maybe some of their customers will also be separated from their families or black listed"? Besides, the clients that use Agents are grown-ups...they understand there's risk involved.

Just called immigration now I was a bit worried but immigration confirmed to.me that my Visa is 100% REAL so try not to worry people and if you are worried just pick up the phone and call immigration to take the stress from your life I can now enjoy my day knowing I am 100% Legal

Too many comments. Too many trollers. So let all go the old fashion route and look at facts; Fact #1: This is Thailand, news tends to be sensationalized, no one knows the actual story, only "Grace" herself will know. If you are worried, then go to Immigration yourself and handle your visa application yourself. End of the day, they are offering a service that many foreigners in Thailand need now, what with the situation and all around the world currently. Fact #2: If they are indeed a scam as some of the people have posted on this thread. Why is it that they are still open for business? Why are they still taking the time to reply everyone? Logic dictates that if one is running a scam and one gets busted, one would probably do a runner. Why is TVC still making the effort to reply everyone? Common sense. People. Common sense. Fact #3: TVC is a visa agent company. There are tons of competitors in this particular industry in Thailand. Not surprisingly these competitors might have people coming onto this thread and making uncalled for remarks and allegations. Do note that this is Thailand and TVC could very well hit you with a defamation lawsuit for these defaming allegation comments even if you are a foreigner. Fact #4: A lot of customers has already reported that they have checked with Immigration and were told their visas are legitimate. Gordon Tan even got his lawyer to check with Immigration and everything came back positive and authentic. If you still worry, call up the Immigration office and check. Simple as that. Fact #5: Another visa agent made a post which was since taken down stating that they only deal with authentic visas, however the immigration officer signatory on their "authentic" visa is the same as the immigration officer signatory on our visa. Weird huh? Another case of trying to profit off this unfortunate situation that TVC was thrown into. There will be people who don't feel safe about the entire situation and TVC has already reiterate that if you are worried, they can cancel the process and return you your passport. It is your call, your decision, but if you choose to use TVC's services, then be patient and wait, replies are slow but they always reply. If you are a competitor of TVC or for some weird reasons, i don't know what, you just don't like TVC. Then don't use their services. There are already so many customers posting that they check with immigration and everything is authentic and clears out. So what are your intentions exactly? If TVC is a scam, wouldn't they already delete your comments and block you from posting? Instead TVC is explaining the situation and replying every message. We are all foreigners who need to stay in Thailand for one reason or another. Not everyone can afford to show the 800K baht sitting in the bank for a retirement visa. Let's not play detective and leave the detective work to the professionals. Making uncalled for, defaming comments based on "news" you read is not a smart thing to do. *I have no vested interest in TVC, i am not a staff, i am not a partner, i made this post based on facts that i see and research that i do, and yes; due to the current situation around the world, i did use TVC's service to stay in Thailand and they have deliver what they promise to me.* I've stated the facts and will not engage in debating with any trolls. Besides i don't normally login to this account anyway. Stay safe everyone and wear a mask when you go out!

I can also confirm that I could leave and re-enter the Country without any problem. The Visa as well as the re-entry permit was just OK! To the panicking folks, just take it easy and give them TVC some time to get back to you.

Okay. I've read through several postings here and elsewhere and I have made a decision! I am depending on offices such as TVC. to obtain a hassle free visa. I have a visa from them, they even do my TM-47 every 90 days. My next extension will be in December, so that's some 4 months. So I have decided to hold my water, don't panic and see how it goes. Until now TVC has never let me down so I don't see any reason to panic.. I will remain a faithful customer!

I used them for my retirement visa and my 90 days reporting. They are very good. I just received yesterday my 90 days reporting form back. I will do my retirement visa with them again. Very pleased with the service they provide. Thank you TVC.

I have never problems with there service Last year I had a big court case and the check my passport and visa dozen times / And had NO problems This year I go again for their service Police in Thailand always make stories bigger to become some extra pocket money. News papers and social media are also bad / only copy stories to become more likes

First i wouldn't answer to some guys, arrogant or just Envy because some people as me used that agency, but is the time to be realistic, honest and say the truth. So tired about lie and "foggy" situations. I using that agency and know Grace and her boss since 2016, yes you listened well, 2016, after did "in & out" many times to renew the monthly visa risking to get blocked all the time once back to Thailand. So I found that way to live in a legal way in Thailand as I am a free lance (and for any individual workers like digital nomads, financial traders, or criptocurrencies investors (as me), the Thai government ARE NOT providing any kind of visas!!! So that agency link real schools, or government association, or companies to open visas positions for strong passports and clean "pedigree" people. Corruption? Probably yes! But this doesn't mean that the visas are fake! The visas are all totally regular and the first time I went with an agent to the immigration office (the one near Dom Meauamg airport) to apply the NON B. They took a pic of me, they ask me to put a signature all real in front of immigration officer in according with them of Thai visa agency https://www.facebook.com/thaivisacentre/ Look the prove of my visas, since the first to the last, moved from old passport to the new.😎 Never blocked at airport, never problem. it's a WIN WIN.... I need visa, they want some money, I can live in the best country on world regularly, playing between 25k or so when I applied the NON B, to the 46/50k for the 1 year.... is a real service, safe, and great 🌈✌️

So from what happened, I hope people who made negative comments when you hadn't actually known about the situation should improve the way you react to the news or published posts. You can be curious, and you can make questions. I am sure no one's gonna prohibit you for questioning, but just don't make it look like the related people are guilty, and you are there to investigate and to make conclusions. And for the people who didn't truly try to check on your visa stamps. Please go to immigration or contact lawyer (that's what I did) to confirm whether the stamp was real or not. Stop jumping in to type "FAKE" when you haven't even checked it for real. It's lying, ya know? Get your ass to see the people who can clarify the stamp for you before making any statement. Don't just telling lies

I sent them my Passport on July 22, full payment on July 24, sweated out all the fuss for 3 weeks (Reports of arrest, fake immigration stamps, drugs etc. in that time frame), and finally got my Passport back, WITH THE PROMISED VISA today (August 15). Now verified as LEGIT by Thai Immigration (Sep 11)! I'm going to go for the 12 month visa in a couple of months. These guys are as good as their word, YOU CAN TRUST THEM.

Just renewed both Retirement and Multiple Re-entry Visas. Very professional and polite service with timely communications and maintaining schedule. Highly recommend to use their services. With regard to some media reports, it's their job to 'sensationalise' to attract audience and, in the present time, Fake News factories are order of the day. Ignore all the rubbish being spread and keep up the good work. 👍🙂👌

In a completely unrelated matter I just read an expression that fits wonderful to what happend to Thai Visa Centre - visa agent: Someone wrote: 'They are the victim of "tweet-now, confirm-later" journalism', This was as said unrelated to TVC but it does fit like a glove as this is precisely what happend to TVC.
