كان هذا أسهل وأكفأ إجراء مررت به عند تجديد تأشيرات التقاعد الخاصة بنا. وأيضاً كان الأكثر توفيراً. لن أستخدم أي جهة أخرى أبداً. أوصي بها بشدة. زرت المكتب لأول مرة لمقابلة الفريق. كل شيء آخر تم توصيله إلى باب منزلي خلال 10 أيام. استعدنا جوازات سفرنا خلال أسبوع. في المرة القادمة، لن أحتاج حتى للذهاب إلى المكتب.
