This is somewhat of a daunting and pricey experience the first time. I went to their office in person, unannounced . The staff in the office were patient and explained their process clearly so that you could be confident in what you were paying for.
The very next day I was collected from my address, escorted through the processes at all locations and points throughout a long day. Never was I uncomfortable and the process was extremely well handled in a calm and professional manner by my escort and the gentlemen involved throughout the day.
I highly recommend this service.
