This is the second time I have renewed my 12 Month Non O Visa based on Retirement, with Thai Visa Centre(TVC). I also got a multi re-entry permit. I posted my Passport, passport photos and bank book off to them on Sunday 29 March 2026 via Thai Post EMS from Chiang Mai. TVC sent me a photo that they had received these documents at Samut Prakan on the following day. I paid my fee by QR code and their system kept me in the loop thought every step. In the early afternoon of Friday 3 April 2026 I received my documents back at my home address. Inside my passport were a Visa extension stamp and Multi Re-Entry stamp issued by an official Thai Immigration Officer at an Official Thai Immigration Office. As usual, Grace and the team at TVC dealt with my Visa expeditiously in super quick time. You pay more to use such an agent, but this way saves the financial and administrative burden, had I done the process locally myself. This is a very trustworthy service I can't recommend highly enough. ,🙏🏻 Thank you so much . ❤️

I am planning to move back to Thailand later this year and have been stressing a bit about going through the visa process again. I lived in Bangkok for 5 years on a Retirement O visa from 2008 - 2013 with the process being a lot easier back then. Since I was currently in Bangkok for a holiday I wanted to find a new visa service while I was here and get the hard part locked in. I started searching Google and came across Thai Visa Centre. What initially jumped out at me was their amazing Google rating. After reading several reviews I was impressed enough to send an email with some basic questions. I received a reply from Miss Grace within a couple of hours. After several email exchanges I knew I wanted to know more and requested an appointment for the next day. I did say upfront that I wasn't ready yet to get started with the process, but wanted to know more. Grace said no problem and to come into the office for a chat. I was greeted by a friendly staff and sat down with Miss Mod who's English was beyond very good. I can't begin to say enough about the courtesy Miss Mod gave me along with her polite personality and with a pleasant touch of an all around good nature. She answered all my questions with great detail. Explained everything regarding the visa process and bank setup and when I didn't quite get it she politely explained it again. We got the basics started with passport photo, photo of my current U.S. driver's license. and set up a LINE connection to communicate back and forth with any questions. When I am ready to start the process this is the visa service I am going to use for my new Retirement O Visa, It was well worth the time for me stop by and establish a great working relationship. *Retirement Visa Application* Correspondence was with Grace. (We did speak to another lady and she was helpful also- Grace was out of office at the time. ) No question we asked was "silly", we were made to feel comfortable during all correspondence. We booked accommodation in Bangkok from Malaysia ( we are Australian's sailing in our yacht and applying for the retirement visas) for 10 days- made it a holiday! We got picked up, driven to bank then onto Immigration. This process started from pick up at 8am & dropped back to hotel by 1pm. Awesome! The driver, Mr Sun, was extremely helpful and efficient, from driving us right down to helping with translation with the "powers that be" for signing documents and general understanding. For us, pick up was Thursday 16th April ( 1 day earlier than initially expected so a nice surprise for starters) and passports and new bank book delivered to our hotel by motorbike courier on Sat 18th@ 6pm. This service was absolutely amazing. Worth every cent we paid to have it all happen smoothly..... Flights- accommodation- the lot!! Peace of Mind🙏 We would, (will & have) recommend the Thai Visa Centre to everyone. Fast. Efficient. Honest. Trustworthy.

I used the Non-O Retirement Visa service, and from the moment I started connecting with the Thai Visa Centre and asking questions, they were very supportive and comprehensive, and the tracking and messaging technology is very high-tech and efficient. *Highly Recommended* I'm a very organised and capable person and I've always managed my Thailand Visa's and extensions, TM30's Residence Certificate applications etc myself over the years. However, since turning 50 I wanted an in country Non O visa and extension, that would suit my specific requirements. I could not meet these requirements by myself and so I knew I had to seek the services of a Visa Agency who had the necessary expertise and important connections. I did a lot of research, read reviews, contacted numerous visa agents obtained quotes and it became clear that the team at Thai Visa​ ​Centre (TVC) would be best placed to secure me a non 0 Visa and 1 year extension based on retirement, as well as them providing the most competitive quote. One recommended agent in my city quoted me 70% more than the quote from TVC! All the other quotes were a lot more that TVC. I recently used Thai Visa Centre for the first time to renew my one-year retirement Non-O visa, following a friend’s recommendation, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process completely painless. From sending my documents to receiving them back, fully completed and updated, took just five days. I was also given a tracking link that allowed me to monitor every step of the process, and I received regular updates through Line messages, which kept me informed throughout.
