I live in Phuket but the only agent I will use is The Thai Visa Centre in Bangkok. Wonderfully efficient, knowledgeable and polite. I have just renewed my Retirement Visa. They received my documents on Monday and I had my visa and 90 day report back with me in Phuket on Friday! Well worth the fee for a totally stressless transaction. Cannot recommend highly enough. 👍

Very good service. 90 day report done quick and easy

Really efficient and swift service. I got my retirement Non O and was told 3-4 wks so I was like, ok Kool. No problem. I flew into Bangkok, collected by van, taken to the bank, then to immigration. I landed at 7am and by 1300hrs I was heading back to the airport! Best thing though, after sending my passport back I then, outta the blue got it back with Visa stamp in under a week later! I was impressed. However for 60k one is expected to be so, yes it’s a lot of doe but to be fair, if your like me and don’t like faffing then these guys are bang on! I’ll be using the 90 day reporting service too! Defo recommend

Absolutely fabulous. Grace at TVC helped my family and myself with DTV visas some months ago. Super smooth and efficient. yes, I know it is fairly straightforward to do by oneself but time was of essence, and I simply did not have the time to manage this myself. They keep you well informed and get what you ask for done, even when time is running short. I consider the money spent engaging with TVC for my non O and retirement visa was a good investment. Just done my 90 day report through them, so easy and I saved money and time, with no stress of the immigration office. Just added my 2nd one year extension to their services, I dropped off my passport at the office this time, I was handled in a very professional manner and was dealt with quickly on Thursday. Passport with extension stamp returned Saturday afternoon. If you have a visa issue these are the people to speak with 5 star service.

90 days excellent and quick service

For the past several years, I have used Thai Visa Centre exclusively for all my immigration needs. I have a Non-O visa for the purposes of retirement and while I could do the extensions myself, I find that using Thai Visa has several advantages. First, I don't have to deal with immigration -- ever. I haven't been in an immigration office since I started using them. Second, they can handle all of my immigration needs: visa extensions, 90 day reports, residence certificates, visa transfer from an old to a new passport, etc. All of this can be done online and through the Thai Postal EMS service, which is secure and reliable. In Bangkok, they will even dispatch a messanger to pick up and return your documents. Of course, it can be nerve-wracking to send off important documents like a passport but they have been very responsive in ensuring that my mind is at ease and to answer any questions I might have. To me, the cost has been well worth it for the peace of mind they offer.

Documents received 15 Feb Fees Transferred to their Bank 15 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre advises that money received 16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application. 18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch 18 Feb TXT and Email advised Passport Dispatched with Kerry Express with details provided 18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb 19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. The process was simple, fast and went without a problem and VERY quick.

I have been dealing with this company for a few years now to renew my mother’s retirement visa and 90 days reporting. They have always been consistent and efficient with their service. The whole process is easy and takes not more than 7 days for visa renewal and only 3 or 4 days for 90 day report. All staff are polite, helpful and have a good understanding of the immigration requirement for foreigners.

I've been coming to Thailand since 2022. Up until this point, I'd been arranging my visa myself. I had to leave the country every 90 days and also had to leave annually for my pension visa. The new year's visa cost me at least 10 stays abroad. All in all, a considerable expense per year. I had started preparing for a non-immigrant visa, which doesn't require me to leave the country. And today, the 21st, I received everything, including a multi-entry visa, at our hotel. This company is perfect! Everything was taken care of from start to finish. And I saved a lot of money annually. I go back every year. And you, don't doubt any longer, it's worth the trip to Bangkok!
