On arrival at the office , a friendly greeting , was offered water, submitted forms, and necessary documentation for a visa, re-entry permit and 90 day report. Nice extra; suit jackets to slip on for official photographs. Everything was completed quickly; a couple of days later my passport was delivered to me in a downpour. I opened the wet envelope to find my passport in a waterproof pouch safe and dry. Inspected my passport to find the 90 day report slip had been attached with a paper clip rather than stapled to the page which damages the pages after multiple staples. The visa stamp and re-entry permit were on the same page, thereby saving an extra page. Clearly my passport had been handled with care as an important document should be. Competitive price.
