I did a lot of research of which visa service I wanted to use for both the NON O Visa and Retirement Visa before I settled on the Thai Visa Centre in Bangkok. I could not be happier with my choice. I will say that this company does what it says it will do. I needed a Non O retirement visa. Thai immigration wanted me to leave the country, apply for a different 90 day visa, and then return to them for the extension. The Thai Visa Centre said they could take care of a Non O retirement visa without me leaving the country. They were great in communication and were up front on the fee, and again did exactly what they said they would do. I received my one year visa in the quoted time frame. Thank you.

Excellent service every time, my retirement extension super smooth service as always...

Type of service: Non-Immigrant O Visa (Retirement) - annual extension, plus a Multiple Re-Entry Permit. This was the first time that I have used the Thai Visa Centre (TVC) and it won't be the last. I was very pleased with the service that I received from June (and the rest of the TVC team). Previously, I used a visa agent in Pattaya, but TVC were more professional, and slightly cheaper. TVC use the LINE app to communicate with you, and this works well. You can leave a LINE message outside of working hours, and someone will reply to you within a reasonable period of time. TVC inform you clearly of the documents that you require, and the fees. TVC offer the THB800K service and this is much appreciated. What led me to TVC was that my visa agent in Pattaya was no longer able to work with my Thai bank, but TVC was. If you live in Bangkok, they offer a free collection and delivery service for your documents, which is much appreciated. I visited the office in person, for my first transaction with TVC. They delivered the passport to my condo, after the visa extension and re-entry permit were completed. The fees were THB 14,000 for the retirement visa extension (including the THB 800K service) and THB 4,000 for the multiple re-entry permit, making a total of THB 18,000. You can pay in cash (they have an ATM in the office) or by PromptPay QR code (if you have a Thai bank account) which is what I did. I took my documents to TVC on the Tuesday, and immigration (outside of Bangkok) granted my visa extension and re-entry permit on the Wednesday. TVC contacted me on the Thursday, to arrange for the passport to be returned to my condo on the Friday, just three working days for the whole process. Thanks again to June and the team at TVC for a great job. See you again next year.

I wanted to share my fantastic experience with Thai Visa Centre regarding my recent Retirement Visa extension. Honestly, I was anticipating a complex and drawn-out process, but it was anything but! They handled everything with remarkable efficiency, completing the entire extension in a mere four days, even though I opted for their most budget-friendly route. A fairly easy process carried out. Although I was in Phuket at the time I flew to Bangkok for 2 nights to conduct bank account and immigration procedures. I was forced to use Thai Visa Centre because of a bad relationship I have with a certain officer at my local immigration office. I will however continue to use them as I just did my retirement visa renewel and it was all done in a week. This included transferring former visa to new passport. Just knowing it will be handled without any problems makes the cost well worth it for me and certainly costs less than a return ticket home. I have no hesitation in recommending their services and give them 5 stars.

The year since Thai visa center handled my annual one-year extension (retirement visa) has been wonderful. Managing the quarterly 90 days, no longer having to send money every month, when I didn't need or want to, while worrying about currency conversions and such, all made for a totally different visa management experience. This year, the second extension they have done for me now, was done in some five days and without so much as a bead of sweat falling from my brow. Any sensible person who knows about this organization would be using them immediately, exclusively, and for as long as they have such needs.

Very professional, very efficient, very responsive to emails usually within an hour or two even out of office hours and at week ends. Very fast too, TVC say it takes 5-10 working days. Mine took exactly 1 week from posting the documents they needed by EMS to their return by Kerry Express. Grace handled my retirement extension. Thank you Grace. I particularly liked the secure online progress tracker which provided the reassurance I needed.

For "Non immig O + retirement extension"....Great communications. Can ask questions. Can get reasonable answers quickly. It took me 35 days, if you don't count the 6 holidays when immigration was not working. If you get as a couple, visa might not come on the same day. They gave us a link to keep checking progress but really the only progress is going from having the application in and getting the visas finally. So you just have to wait. And the progress link says "3-4 weeks" but in our case it's 6-7 weeks total for both O visas and retirement extensions, which they also told us. But we did not have to do anything except submit and just wait, about an hour at the office. It's quite easy and I would do again and again. My wife's visa took 48 days but we both have 25 & 26 July 2024 as renewal dates. So we recommend THAIVISA to all our friends without hesitation. *Highly Recommended* I'm a very organised and capable person and I've always managed my Thailand Visa's and extensions, TM30's Residence Certificate applications etc myself over the years. However, since turning 50 I wanted an in country Non O visa and extension, that would suit my specific requirements. I went into the office directly for my retirement visa, the office staff were all very nice and knowlegable, they had told me what to bring ahead of time for documents and it was only a matter of signing forms and paying the fee. I was told it would take one to two weeks and everything was completed in less than a week and that included then sending out my passport to me. So over all very very happy with the services, would highly recommend to any one needing any type of visa work completed, the cost was very reasonable as well

I started using the Thai Visa Center when the Covid situation left me without a visa I have had marriage visas and retirement visas for many years so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised that the cost was reasonable and they use an effective messenger service to collect documents from my house to their office so far I have received my 3 month retirement visa and I’m in the process of getting my 12 month retirement visa I was advised that the retirement visa is an easier and cheaper visa when compared to a marriage visa many expats have mentioned this fact in the past so all in all they have been polite and have kept me in the loop at all times through Line chat I would recommend them if you want a hassle free experience without breaking the bank

TVC is helping me with the transition to a retirement visa, and I cannot fault their service. I contacted them via email first of all, and through a set of clear and simplified instructions they told me what to prepare, what to send to them via email and what to bring with me to my appointment. Because a lot of the important information had already been provided via email, when I arrived at their office for my appointment all I had to do was sign a few documents they’d pre-filled based on the information I’d sent via email, hand over my passport and some pics, and make a payment. I arrived for my appointment one week before the end of the visa amnesty, and, despite having a lot of customers, I did not have to wait to see a consultant. No queues, no ‘take a number’ chaos, and no confused people wondering what to do next – just a very organised and professional process. As soon as I entered their office space a staff member who spoke excellent English called me to her desk, opened my files and got to work. I wasn’t making note of the time, but it felt like it was all over in 10 minutes. They told me to allow two to three weeks, but my passport with new visa was ready to collect after 12 days. TVC simplified the process completely, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended and worthwhile.

November 2019 I decided to use Thai Visa Centre to obtain for me a new Retirement Visa because I was getting tired of going to Malaysia every time for a few days, very boring and tedious. I had to send them my passport!! That was a leap of faith for me, as a foreigner in another country his passport is the most important document! I did it anyway, saying a few prayers :D It was unnecessary! Within one week I had my passport delivered back to me via registered mail, with a brand new 12 month Visa inside! Last week I asked them to provide me a new Notification of Address, (The so-called TM-147), and that too was delivered promptly to my home via registered mail. My experience with Thai Visa Centre was superb. Very clear to the point, efficient and reliable. Any questions, doubts or information you needed, they will provide for you without delay. We are a couple who decided to make a retirement visa, to avoid the unnecessary questions, stricter rules from the emigration officers, treating us like dishonest people everytime we visit Thailand more than 3 times a year. I saw the Thai Visa Centre advertised several times before deciding to look at their website more carefully. I needed to extend (or renew) my retirement visa, however on my reading of the requirements I thought I may not qualify. I thought I may not have the required documents, so I decided to book a 30 minute appointment to have my questions answered. In order to have my questions answered accurately, I took my passports (expired and new) and bank books - Bangkok Bank. I was pleasantly surprised that I was seated with a consultant immediately upon arrival. It took less than 5 minutes to establish that I had all that was required to extend my retirement visa. I did not need to change banks or provide other details or documents that I thought I may have to. I had no money with me to pay for the service, because I thought I was simply there to have some questions answered. I thought I would need a new appointment to obtain a renewal of my retirement visa. However, we still commenced the completion of all paperwork immediately with the offer that I could transfer money several days later to pay for the service, at which time the renewal process would get completed. It made things very convenient. I then became aware that Thai Visa accept payment from Wise, so I was able to pay the fee immediately. I attended on a Monday afternoon at 3.30pm and my passports were returned by courier (included in the price) in the afternoon of the Wednesday, less than 48 hours later. The entire exercise could not have been more seamless at an affordable and competitive price. In fact, cheaper than other places that I had enquired with. Above all, I had peace of mind knowing I had met my commitments to stay in Thailand. My consultant spoke English and although I utilised my partner for some Thai translation, it was not necessary. I would highly recommend the use of the Thai Visa Centre and intend to use them for all my future visa needs.

I mailed my passport, et cetera to Thai Visa, in Bangkok on 13 May, having sent them some photos already. Received my items back here, Chiang Mai, the 22d of May. This was my 90-report and new one-year Non-O visa and also one re-entry permit. Total cost was 15,200 baht, which my g/f sent to them after they had received my docs. I went into the office directly for my retirement visa, the office staff were all very nice and knowlegable, they had told me what to bring ahead of time for documents and it was only a matter of signing forms and paying the fee. I was told it would take one to two weeks and everything was completed in less than a week and that included then sending out my passport to me. So over all very very happy with the services, would highly recommend to any one needing any type of visa work completed, the cost was very reasonable as well

If you're not sure what you're doing with the visa application, go to these guys. I booked a half hour appointment and was given great advice on various options by Grace. I was applying for a retirement visa and was promptly collected from my accommodation at 7am two days after my initial appointment. A plush people carrier conveyed me to a bank in the centre of Bangkok where I was assisted by Mee. All the admin is completed promptly and efficiently before being conveyed to the immigration office for completion of the visa process. I returned to my accommodation just after noon that day in what was an extremely stress free process. I received my non resident and retirement visa stamped in my passport together with my Thai bank pass book the following week. Yes, you can do it yourself but will probably find many obstacles. Thai visa centre do all the leg work and ensure everything goes smoothly 👍

I only have positive things to say about using Thai Visa Centre for my retirement visa. I had a very difficult officer at my local immigration who would stand out the front and scrutinize your application before even allowing you inside. He kept finding minor problems with my application, problems he had previously said weren't an issue. This officer is somewhat legendary for his pedantic behaviour. After having my application knocked back I turned to Thai Visa Centre who handled my visa with no issue. My passport was returned in a sealed black plastic envelope within a week or so of applying. If you want a stress free experience I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating.

It took less than 4 weeks to go from my 30-day exempt stamp to a non-o visa with a retirement amendment. The service was excellent and the staff was extremely informative and polite. After obtaining several quotes from several agent, I made my choice on Thai Visa Centre mainly due to their positives reviews, but I also like the fact I did not need to go to the bank or immigration to obtain both my retirement visa and multiple entry. From the beginning, Grace was very helpful in explaining the process and confirming what documents were required. I was informed my visa would been ready between 8-12 business days, I got it in 3 days. They picked up my documents on Wednesday, and hand delivered my passport on Saturday. They also provide a link where you can review the status of your visa request and, see your payment as proof of payment. A 10/10 service. I applied for a retirement visa. I sent my passport on a Thursday. They received it on a Friday. I made my payment. I was then able to check the visa process. The following Thursday I could see my visa was granted. My passport was sent back and I received it on the Friday. I am a 73 + year Australian, that has travelled Thailand extensively and over the years ,have been either doing visa runs or using a so called visa agent. I came to Thailand last year in July,as Thailand, finally opened up to the world after 28 months of lockdown I straight away got my retirement O visa with an immigration lawyer and hence always did my 90 day reporting with him as well I also had multiple entry visa ,but only used one recently in July, however I was not told a critical thing on entry. We truly appreciate your assistance . They are easy to get hold of . They are on Facebook , google , and they're easy to chat with . They also have Line App which is easy to download . I like the facts that you can get hold of them in many ways . Before utilizing their service , I contacted several and Thai Visa Centre is the most reasonable . Some quoted me 45,000 baht .

3 consecutive years of using TVC, and unbelievably professional service every time. TVC is the best service for any business I've used in Thailand. They know exactly what documents I need to submit each time I've used them, they quote me the price... there were never any corrections after that, what they told me I needed, was all I needed, not more... the price they told me was exactly that, it didn't increase it after the quote was given. Before I used TVC I'd done my own retirement visa, and it was a nightmare. If it wasn't for TVC, there is a good chance I wouldn't live here because of the mess I encounter when I don't use them. I can't say enough positive words about TVC.

Thai visa Centre very good and efficient but make sure they no exactly what you need, as I asked for a Retirement visa and they thought I had an O marriage visa but in my passport for the year before I had a retirement visa so they over charged me but 3000 B and asked me to forget the passed. Also make sure you have a Kasikorn Bank account as it’s cheaper.

First time that I decided to apply for COVID Visa to extend my stay here when I first got 45 days stay based on Visa Exempt. The services were recommended to me by a Farang friend. Service was fast and hassle free. Submitted my passport and documents to Agency on Tuesday 20th July and received it on Saturday 24th July. Definitely will use their service next April if I decide to apply for Retirement Visa

This is the 2nd time I've used Thai Visa Centre to renew my retirement visa. Foreign retirees here know that our retirement visas have to be renewed annually and it used to be a huge pain and I didnt look forward to the hassle at Immigration . Now I complete the application, send it along with my Passport and 4 pictures and fee to Thai Visa Centre. I live in Chiange mai so I mail everything to Bangkok and my renewal is completed in approximately 1 week. Fast and uncomplicated. I rate them 5 stars!

My first retirement visa renewal I was worried about BUT thai visa Centre always assured me everything was OK and tgey can do. It was so easy I can't believe tgey just done everything in days abd all sorted paper everything highly recommended them to everybody. I know some of my friends have already used them and they feel the same forest company and fast Now another year and it's so easy they do the job as they say. Great company and so easy to deal with

This is by far one of the best agencies in thailand.. I recently had a situation where the previous agent I was using wouldn't return my passport, and kept telling me its coming, its coming after almost 6 weeks passed. Eventually igot my passport back, and decided to use Thai Visa Centre. A couple days later and I have a retirement visa extension, and it was also cheaper that my first open, even including the stupid fee that the other agent charged me because i decided to get my passport back from them.
