I came with NO Visa to Thailand ( German passport )and went for the retirement extension for 1 year .I got the address from a friend -the The Thai Visa Center. Speed and efficiency. We arrived at the Thai Visa Centre 1pm sorted out the paperwork and Financials for my retirement visa . picked up the following morning at our hotel and whisked off to sort out the bank account then the immigration department. We were taken back to the hotel by early afternoon.decided to wait for the 3 working days for the visa process.I was phoned 9am on day 2 saying it will be delivered before 12noon, 11.30am the driver rang he was in the hotel lobby with my passport and bank book all done. This is an absolutely fantastic service. I contacted them 10 days ago to renew my retirement visa for another year. I sent the documents by mail a week ago. And today I got them back, with the annual renewal stamp in my passport. No need to visit the Immigration office, the bank, or anywhere else. What a great experience! The Thai retirement visa was a breeze with this agency. They knew the entire process and made it seamless and quick. The star was very knowledgeable and walk with us through the entire process. They even have a private can to take you to open a bank account and to MOFA while skipping both long lines. My only gripe is their office is difficult to find. Just as you take the taxi, let the taxi know there's a U turn up ahead. Once you take the U turn, the exit is to your left. To get to the office, drive straight and go past the security gate. A slight pain, for a lot of gain. I plan to use them in the near future with future upkeep with our visas. I just got my retirement visa renewed, and it was very fast and easy.

My experience with Thai Visa Centre was superb. Very clear to the point, efficient and reliable. Any questions, doubts or information you needed, they will provide for you without delay. Usually they reply within the same day. We are a couple who decided to make a retirement visa, to avoid the unnecessary questions, stricter rules from the emigration officers, treating us like dishonest people everytime we visit Thailand more than 3 times a year. If others using this scheme to stay long periods in Thailand, running borders and flying to nearby cities, doesn't mean that all are doing the same and abusing it. Law makers doesn't always do the right decisions, wrong ones keeps the tourists away to choose nearby asian countries with lesser requirements and cheaper prices. But anyway, to avoid those inconvenient situation, we decided to follow the rules and applied to a retirement visa. I have to say that TVC is real deal, you don't have to worry about their credibility. Of course that you can't have a work done without paying a fee, which we consider is a good deal, because under the circumstances they offered and the reliability and efficiency of their work, I consider excellent. I was recommended the services of Grace and Thai Visa Centre through a close friend who'd been using them for about 8 years. I wanted a Non O retirement and 1 year extension plus an exit stamp. Grace sent me the necessary details and requirements. I sent the stuff and she replied with a link to monitor the process. After the required time, my visa/extension was processed and sent back to me via courier. Overall an excellent service, outstanding communication. As foreigners we all worry a little sometimes regarding immigration issues etc, Grace made the process seamless and without issues. It was all very easy and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her and her company. Am only allowed 5 stars on Google maps, would happily give 10.

Type of service: Non-Immigrant O Visa (Retirement) - annual extension, plus a Multiple Re-Entry Permit. This was the first time that I have used the Thai Visa Centre (TVC) and it won't be the last. I was very pleased with the service that I received from June (and the rest of the TVC team). Previously, I used a visa agent in Pattaya, but TVC were more professional, and slightly cheaper. TVC use the LINE app to communicate with you, and this works well. You can leave a LINE message outside of working hours, and someone will reply to you within a reasonable period of time. TVC inform you clearly of the documents that you require, and the fees. TVC offer the THB800K service and this is much appreciated. What led me to TVC was that my visa agent in Pattaya was no longer able to work with my Thai bank, but TVC was. If you live in Bangkok, they offer a free collection and delivery service for your documents, which is much appreciated. I visited the office in person, for my first transaction with TVC. They delivered the passport to my condo, after the visa extension and re-entry permit were completed. The fees were THB 14,000 for the retirement visa extension (including the THB 800K service) and THB 4,000 for the multiple re-entry permit, making a total of THB 18,000. You can pay in cash (they have an ATM in the office) or by PromptPay QR code (if you have a Thai bank account) which is what I did. I took my documents to TVC on the Tuesday, and immigration (outside of Bangkok) granted my visa extension and re-entry permit on the Wednesday. TVC contacted me on the Thursday, to arrange for the passport to be returned to my condo on the Friday, just three working days for the whole process. Thanks again to June and the team at TVC for a great job. See you again next year.

I saw the Thai Visa Centre advertised several times before deciding to look at their website more carefully. I needed to extend (or renew) my retirement visa, however on my reading of the requirements I thought I may not qualify. I thought I may not have the required documents, so I decided to book a 30 minute appointment to have my questions answered. In order to have my questions answered accurately, I took my passports (expired and new) and bank books - Bangkok Bank. I was pleasantly surprised that I was seated with a consultant immediately upon arrival. It took less than 5 minutes to establish that I had all that was required to extend my retirement visa. I did not need to change banks or provide other details or documents that I thought I may have to. I had no money with me to pay for the service, because I thought I was simply there to have some questions answered. I thought I would need a new appointment to obtain a renewal of my retirement visa. However, we still commenced the completion of all paperwork immediately with the offer that I could transfer money several days later to pay for the service, at which time the renewal process would get completed. It made things very convenient. I then became aware that Thai Visa accept payment from Wise, so I was able to pay the fee immediately. I attended on a Monday afternoon at 3.30pm and my passports were returned by courier (included in the price) in the afternoon of the Wednesday, less than 48 hours later. The entire exercise could not have been more seamless at an affordable and competitive price. In fact, cheaper than other places that I had enquired with. Above all, I had peace of mind knowing I had met my commitments to stay in Thailand. My consultant spoke English and although I utilised my partner for some Thai translation, it was not necessary. I would highly recommend the use of the Thai Visa Centre and intend to use them for all my future visa needs.

Simply the BEST agency in Thailand! You really don't need to search the other one. Most of the other agencies are serving only customers with residence in Pattaya or in Bangkok. Thai Visa Center is serving all around the Thailand and Grace and her staff are absolutely amazing. They have 24 hours Visa Centre which will answer your mails and all your questions in maximum two hours. Just send them all the papers what they need(really basic documents) and they will arrange everything for you. Only thing is that your Tourst Visa exemption/extension must be valid for minimum 30 days. I live North near Sakhon Nakhon. I came in Bangkok for appoinment and everything was done in 5 hours. They opened bank account for me early in the morning, then they took me to Immigration to convert my Visa exemption to Non O Immigrant Visa. And the day after I had already one year Retierment Visa done, so all together 15 months Visa, without any stress and with wonderful and very helpful staff. From beggining to the end everything was absolutely perfect! For thr first time customers, price is maybe bit expensive, but it is worth every single baht. And in future, all extensions and 90 days reports will be much much cheaper. This was my 90-report and new one-year Non-O visa and also one re-entry permit. Total cost was 15,200 baht, which my g/f sent to them after they had received my docs. From the start, Thai Visa was very professional. Just a few questions, I sent them some documents and they were ready to help renew my retirement visa. On the day of the renewal they picked me up in a very comfortable van, had me sign some papers, then took me to immigration. At immigration I signed some copies of my documents. If you're not sure what you're doing with the visa application, go to these guys. I booked a half hour appointment and was given great advice on various options by Grace. I was applying for a retirement visa and was promptly collected from my accommodation at 7am two days after my initial appointment. A plush people carrier conveyed me to a bank in the centre of Bangkok where I was assisted by Mee. All the admin is completed promptly and efficiently before being conveyed to the immigration office for completion of the visa process. I returned to my accommodation just after noon that day in what was an extremely stress free process. I received my non resident and retirement visa stamped in my passport together with my Thai bank pass book the following week. Yes, you can do it yourself but will probably find many obstacles. I have lived in Thailand for many years and attempted renewing myself only to be told the rules had changed. Then tried two visa companies. One lied to me regarding changing my visa status and charged me accordingly. Another told me to travel to Pattaya at my expense. I wanted to achieve a non-immigrant 'O' retirement visa. Cutting a long story short what official websites said about applying for it and what my local immigration office said were too different things when applying inside Thailand. I literally booked an appointment on the day with Thai Visa Centre, went in, completed the mandatory paperwork, paid the fee, followed the clear instructions and five days later had the required visa. Polite, fast answering staff and exceptional after care. You won't go wrong with this very well set up organisation.

A 10/10 service. I applied for a retirement visa. I sent my passport on a Thursday. They received it on a Friday. I made my payment. I was then able to check the visa process. The following Thursday I could see my visa was granted. My passport was sent back and I received it on the Friday. I am a 73 + year Australian, that has travelled Thailand extensively and over the years ,have been either doing visa runs or using a so called visa agent. I came to Thailand last year in July,as Thailand, finally opened up to the world after 28 months of lockdown I straight away got my retirement O visa with an immigration lawyer and hence always did my 90 day reporting with him as well I also had multiple entry visa ,but only used one recently in July, however I was not told a critical thing on entry. Anyway as my visa was running out on Nivember 12, I was shopping from piller to post, with ...SO CALLED EXPERTS .. who renew visas and more. After getting tired of these people, I found...THAI VISA CENTRE..and at the beginning spoke with Grace , who I must say answered all my questions very knowledgeably and very professionally and promptly, with no beating around the bush. Then I was dealing with the rest of the time, when it was time to do my visa again and once again I found the team extremely professional and helpful, all the way to keeping me in the loop,until I received my document s yesterday much faster than they first said..ie 1 to 2 weeks. I only have positive things to say about using Thai Visa Centre for my retirement visa. I had a very difficult officer at my local immigration who would stand out the front and scrutinize your application before even allowing you inside. He kept finding minor problems with my application, problems he had previously said weren't an issue. This officer is somewhat legendary for his pedantic behaviour. After having my application knocked back I turned to Thai Visa Centre who handled my visa with no issue. My passport was returned in a sealed black plastic envelope within a week or so of applying. If you want a stress free experience I have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star rating.

Very professional, very efficient, very responsive to emails usually within an hour or two even out of office hours and at week ends. Very fast too, TVC say it takes 5-10 working days. Mine took exactly 1 week from posting the documents they needed by EMS to their return by Kerry Express. Grace handled my retirement extension. Thank you Grace. Thai visa Centre very good and efficient but make sure they no exactly what you need, as I asked for a Retirement visa and they thought I had an O marriage visa but in my passport for the year before I had a retirement visa so they over charged me but 3000 B and asked me to forget the passed. Also make sure you have a Kasikorn Bank account as it’s cheaper.

I started using the Thai Visa Center when the Covid situation left me without a visa I have had marriage visas and retirement visas for many years so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised that the cost was reasonable and they use an effective messenger service to collect documents from my house to their office so far I have received my 3 month retirement visa and I’m in the process of getting my 12 month retirement visa I was advised that the retirement visa is an easier and cheaper visa when compared to a marriage visa many expats have mentioned this fact in the past so all in all they have been polite and have kept me in the loop at all times through Line chat I would recommend them if you want a hassle free experience without breaking the bank

Like many others, I was extremely nervous about sending my passport in the mail to Bangkok, so I read review after review after review just to make my brain say it was ok to do this, 555. Today I just received confirmation through Thai Visa Centre's status update tool that my NON O Visa was completed with pictures of my passport showing my Visa. I was excited and relieved. It also had the tracking information for Kerry (mail delivery service). This process was completely smooth and they said 1 month to complete, but it was only a little over 2 weeks to complete the process. This is the 2nd time I've used Thai Visa Centre to renew my retirement visa. Foreign retirees here know that our retirement visas have to be renewed annually and it used to be a huge pain and I didnt look forward to the hassle at Immigration . Now I complete the application, send it along with my Passport and 4 pictures and fee to Thai Visa Centre. I live in Chiange mai so I mail everything to Bangkok and my renewal is completed in approximately 1 week. Fast and uncomplicated. I rate them 5 stars!

Three years ago, I obtained my Retirement Visa thru THAI VISA CENTRE. Since then , Grace helped me on all renewal and reporting procedures and was done perfectly each time. In the recent Covid 19 epidemic, she arrange a two months extension of my Visa, this enable me to have sufficient time to apply for a new Singapore passport. I receive my Visa done , just short 3 days after submitting my new passport to her. Grace had demostate her know how on dealing with Visa matters and always offer appropriate recomendation. Passport sent for retirement visa renewal on 28th February and it was returned on Sunday 9th March Even my 90-day registration has been extended to 1st June. Can't do better than that! Pretty good - like the previous years, and future years too, I guess!

I just completed my first experience with Thai Visa Centre (TVC), and it exceeded all my expectations! I contacted TVC for a Non-Immigrant Type "O" Visa (retirement visa) extension. When I saw how affordable the price was, I was initially skeptical. I'm support the school of thought that "if it's too good to be true, it usually is." I also needed to cure my 90 Day Reporting defects due to missing several reporting cycles. A very nice woman by the name of Piyada aka "Pang" handled my case from start to finish. She was amazing! TVC is helping me with the transition to a retirement visa, and I cannot fault their service. I contacted them via email first of all, and through a set of clear and simplified instructions they told me what to prepare, what to send to them via email and what to bring with me to my appointment. Because a lot of the important information had already been provided via email, when I arrived at their office for my appointment all I had to do was sign a few documents they’d pre-filled based on the information I’d sent via email, hand over my passport and some pics, and make a payment. I arrived for my appointment one week before the end of the visa amnesty, and, despite having a lot of customers, I did not have to wait to see a consultant. No queues, no ‘take a number’ chaos, and no confused people wondering what to do next – just a very organised and professional process. As soon as I entered their office space a staff member who spoke excellent English called me to her desk, opened my files and got to work. I wasn’t making note of the time, but it felt like it was all over in 10 minutes. They told me to allow two to three weeks, but my passport with new visa was ready to collect after 12 days. TVC simplified the process completely, and I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended and worthwhile.

Got my non o visa processed in time and they suggested the best time to process while I was on the amnesty window for best value for money. Door to door delivery was fast and flexible when I had to go to another place that day. Price is very reasonable. I haven't used their 90 day reporting help facility but it sounds useful.

November 2019 I decided to use Thai Visa Centre to obtain for me a new Retirement Visa because I was getting tired of going to Malaysia every time for a few days, very boring and tedious. I had to send them my passport!! That was a leap of faith for me, as a foreigner in another country his passport is the most important document! I did it anyway, saying a few prayers :D It was unnecessary! Within one week I had my passport delivered back to me via registered mail, with a brand new 12 month Visa inside! Last week I asked them to provide me a new Notification of Address, (The so-called TM-147), and that too was delivered promptly to my home via registered mail. Absolutely the most professional Visa Service Company in Thailand. This is the second year they professionally handled my Retirement Visa extension.
