I am planning to move back to Thailand later this year and have been stressing a bit about going through the visa process again. I lived in Bangkok for 5 years on a Retirement O visa from 2008 - 2013 with the process being a lot easier back then. Since I was currently in Bangkok for a holiday I wanted to find a new visa service while I was here and get the hard part locked in. I started searching Google and came across Thai Visa Centre. I did say upfront that I wasn't ready yet to get started with the process, but wanted to know more. Grace said no problem and to come into the office for a chat. *Retirement Visa Application* Correspondence was with Grace. (We did speak to another lady and she was helpful also- Grace was out of office at the time. ) No question we asked was "silly", we were made to feel comfortable during all correspondence. We booked accommodation in Bangkok from Malaysia ( we are Australian's sailing in our yacht and applying for the retirement visas) for 10 days- made it a holiday! We got picked up, driven to bank then onto Immigration. This process started from pick up at 8am & dropped back to hotel by 1pm. Awesome! The driver, Mr Sun, was extremely helpful and efficient, from driving us right down to helping with translation with the "powers that be" for signing documents and general understanding. For us, pick up was Thursday 16th April ( 1 day earlier than initially expected so a nice surprise for starters) and passports and new bank book delivered to our hotel by motorbike courier on Sat 18th@ 6pm. This service was absolutely amazing. Worth every cent we paid to have it all happen smoothly..... Flights- accommodation- the lot!! This is the second time I have renewed my 12 Month Non O Visa based on Retirement, with Thai Visa Centre(TVC). I also got a multi re-entry permit. I posted my Passport, passport photos and bank book off to them on Sunday 29 March 2026 via Thai Post EMS from Chiang Mai. TVC sent me a photo that they had received these documents at Samut Prakan on the following day. I paid my fee by QR code and their system kept me in the loop thought every step. In the early afternoon of Friday 3 April 2026 I received my documents back at my home address. Inside my passport were a Visa extension stamp and Multi Re-Entry stamp issued by an official Thai Immigration Officer at an Official Thai Immigration Office. As usual, Grace and the team at TVC dealt with my Visa expeditiously in super quick time. You pay more to use such an agent, but this way saves the financial and administrative burden, had I done the process locally myself. *Highly Recommended* I'm a very organised and capable person and I've always managed my Thailand Visa's and extensions, TM30's Residence Certificate applications etc myself over the years. However, since turning 50 I wanted an in country Non O visa and extension, that would suit my specific requirements. I could not meet these requirements by myself and so I knew I had to seek the services of a Visa Agency who had the necessary expertise and important connections. I did a lot of research, read reviews, contacted numerous visa agents obtained quotes and it became clear that the team at Thai Visa​ ​Centre (TVC) would be best placed to secure me a non 0 Visa and 1 year extension based on retirement, as well as them providing the most competitive quote. One recommended agent in my city quoted me 70% more than the quote from TVC! All the other quotes were a lot more that TVC. Her English is excellent and she answers every specific question that you have, carefully and clearly. Her response time is usually within the hour. From the moment you mail your passport and other required documents to Grace, you are provided with a personal link that shows the Visa progress in real time and incudes photos of the received documents, proof of payment, the visa stamps and sealed document mail bag with tracking number just prior to the return of your passport and documents. You log in to this system any time to know exactly where the process is at. Any queries, then Grace is there to respond to questions expeditiously. I received my visa and extension within about 4 weeks and I'm totally happy with the level of service and client care provided by Grace and the team. I could not have achieved what I wanted without using TVC due to my personal circumstances. The most important requirement when dealing with a company who you send your passport and bank book to is trust and belief that that they will deliver their promises. This is the second time I have renewed my 12 Month Non O Visa based on Retirement, with Thai Visa Centre(TVC). I also got a multi re-entry permit. I posted my Passport, passport photos and bank book off to them on Sunday 29 March 2026 via Thai Post EMS from Chiang Mai. TVC sent me a photo that they had received these documents at Samut Prakan on the following day. I paid my fee by QR code and their system kept me in the loop thought every step. In the early afternoon of Friday 3 April 2026 I received my documents back at my home address. Inside my passport were a Visa extension stamp and Multi Re-Entry stamp issued by an official Thai Immigration Officer at an Official Thai Immigration Office. As usual, Grace and the team at TVC dealt with my Visa expeditiously in super quick time. You pay more to use such an agent, but this way saves the financial and administrative burden, had I done the process locally myself. This is a very trustworthy service I can't recommend highly enough. ,🙏🏻 Thank you so much . ❤️

મેં Non-O વિઝા માટે અરજી કરી અને તેને 2 દિવસમાં મેળવી. ટીમ ખૂબ સહાયક, લવચીક અને મિત્રતાપૂર્વક હતી. અત્યાર સુધીનો શ્રેષ્ઠ વિઝા અનુભવ રહ્યો છે,

તેમના સમીક્ષાઓના આધારે TVC નો ઉપયોગ કરવાનો નિર્ણય કર્યો. છેલ્લા પ્રવાસે તેમના fizikલ ઓફિસની ચેકિંગ કરી અને મારા પ્રશ્નોના જવાબ મળ્યા. આ પ્રવાસે Non-O વિઝા માટે અરજી આગળ વધારી. વ્યાવસાયિક ડોર ટુ ડોર સેવા, એજન્ટ દરેક પગલાં પર અમારી સાથે હતા. મારા પાસપોર્ટને કેટલાક જ દિવસોમાં પાછું મળ્યું.

હું થાઈ વિઝા સેન્ટરને એક મિનિટ માટે આભાર માનવા માંગું છું જેમણે ખરેખર મને સમયસર અને વ્યાવસાયિક રીતે સંભાળ્યું. હું તેમને ખૂબ જ ભલામણ કરું છું. ફરીથી મારા NON O રિટાયરમેન્ટ વિઝા માટે સહાય માટે આભાર.
