Install the client portal on Android

The Thai Visa Centre client portal is a Progressive Web App. You add evisa.tvc.co.th to your Home Screen. It then works like a normal app: its own icon, OTP login, case updates, and phone notifications. It is not in the App Store or Play Store.

How a PWA works

A Progressive Web App is our website, installed on your phone. You keep using the same secure portal. After install it opens full-screen, stays signed in with OTP, and can send in-app notifications when your case moves. You do not download LINE, WhatsApp, or any extra chat app.

Install on Android, step by step

Open Chrome
Use Google Chrome on your Android phone. This install uses Chrome’s Add to Home Screen / Install app prompt.
Go to the client portal
Open evisa.tvc.co.th and stay on that page.
Open the Chrome menu
Tap the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of Chrome.
Install the app
Tap Install app or Add to Home screen. The wording depends on your Chrome version.
Confirm Install
Tap Install. Android adds the Thai Visa Centre icon to your Home Screen or app drawer.
Open the installed app
Launch it from the icon, not from the Chrome tab. The portal then runs like a normal phone app.
Allow in-app notifications
When Android asks, tap Allow. This is how you get case updates on your phone without LINE or WhatsApp.

If you skipped the prompt, open the installed app, then Android Settings → Apps → Thai Visa Centre → Notifications, and turn notifications on. Do this from the Home Screen app, not from a Chrome tab.
