Just got my retirement visa today best service pick us up and drove us everywhere all I had to do was sign form and get my photo taken I did in a day well worth the money no stress

Overall, I was very satisfied with the service provided, everything went quickly and smoothly. This was the second time I had used their services, and I will certainly do so again in the future. The only slight issue was the communication via Line and the website, which sent messages independently of one another.

Since coming to Thailand, I was having trouble opening a bank account and was told by the bank that it could be opened if I had a student visa, so I enrolled in a language school. I am planning to move back to Thailand later this year and have been stressing a bit about going through the visa process again. I lived in Bangkok for 5 years on a Retirement O visa from 2008 - 2013 with the process being a lot easier back then. Since I was currently in Bangkok for a holiday I wanted to find a new visa service while I was here and get the hard part locked in. I started searching Google and came across Thai Visa Centre. What initially jumped out at me was their amazing Google rating. After reading several reviews I was impressed enough to send an email with some basic questions. I received a reply from Miss Grace within a couple of hours. After several email exchanges I knew I wanted to know more and requested an appointment for the next day. I did say upfront that I wasn't ready yet to get started with the process, but wanted to know more. Grace said no problem and to come into the office for a chat. I was greeted by a friendly staff and sat down with Miss Mod who's English was beyond very good. I can't begin to say enough about the courtesy Miss Mod gave me along with her polite personality and with a pleasant touch of an all around good nature. She answered all my questions with great detail. Explained everything regarding the visa process and bank setup and when I didn't quite get it she politely explained it again. We got the basics started with passport photo, photo of my current U.S. driver's license. and set up a LINE connection to communicate back and forth with any questions. Miss Mod made feel so comfortable that I knew right then and there Thai Visa Centre was going to be my new "Best Friend". When I am ready to start the process this is the visa service I am going to use for my new Retirement O Visa, It was well worth the time for me stop by and establish a great working relationship. I recently had my visa renewed and dealt with miss June. It is the first time that I used their services and as such, I was a bit catious with everything I was told and promised. Before committing and going to their office in BangNa, I called a few times to confirm several details. I cannot vouch for the other ladies however, miss June was no short of outstanding. She was clear, honest and provided all the requested information. In short, made me feel I could trust her. The process itself was quicker than promised and all was as expected or better. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company in general and muss June in particular.

Everything well arranged, well organised, good pricing and very comfortable! Would recommend to use this service for acquiring a Visa or extension.

*Retirement Visa Application* Correspondence was with Grace. (We did speak to another lady and she was helpful also- Grace was out of office at the time. ) No question we asked was "silly", we were made to feel comfortable during all correspondence. We booked accommodation in Bangkok from Malaysia ( we are Australian's sailing in our yacht and applying for the retirement visas) for 10 days- made it a holiday! We got picked up, driven to bank then onto Immigration. This process started from pick up at 8am & dropped back to hotel by 1pm. Awesome! The driver, Mr Sun, was extremely helpful and efficient, from driving us right down to helping with translation with the "powers that be" for signing documents and general understanding. For us, pick up was Thursday 16th April ( 1 day earlier than initially expected so a nice surprise for starters) and passports and new bank book delivered to our hotel by motorbike courier on Sat 18th@ 6pm. This service was absolutely amazing. Worth every cent we paid to have it all happen smoothly..... Flights- accommodation- the lot!! Peace of Mind🙏 We would, (will & have) recommend the Thai Visa Centre to everyone. Fast. Efficient. Honest. Trustworthy.
