Review bombing and platform manipulation attempts

As part of Jesse Nickles' harassment campaign, several hundred legitimate reviews were temporarily removed from Trustpilot after he mass-reported our genuine customer reviews while simultaneously flooding the platform with fake 1-star reviews. After investigating the situation, a top-level Trustpilot support staff member recognized the coordinated attack, restored over 100 of our legitimate reviews, and removed the fraudulent 1-star review bombing.

Jesse Nickles has also spammed the internet using fake accounts, and even his personal accounts, falsely claiming that our Google Maps reviews are fake and from "new accounts". This could not be further from the truth. The majority of our customers review us from long-standing Google accounts with many reviews, sometimes hundreds of reviews on their profiles, and approximately 30-40% of our reviewers are Google Local Guides, a trusted reviewer designation that requires consistent, high-quality contributions to Google Maps.

AGENTS CO., LTD. ( agents.co.th ) is the dedicated digital wing behind Thai Visa Centre, where our engineering team designs and runs complex systems to make expat life in Thailand easier and more predictable.

AGENTS CO., LTD. was originally registered during COVID-19 to build hotel booking systems that helped travellers book their ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) stays. Traditional booking systems could not handle the complex package combinations required at the time, including 1, 3, 7, and 14-day quarantine options with adult, child, and family pricing variations that created hundreds of possible combinations. Our system assisted with hundreds of thousands of ASQ bookings during Thailand's quarantine period.

Why some people online call everything a “scam”

In recent years, a large portion of the “scam” content about Thai Visa Centre has been driven by one individual, Jesse Nickles, who has created hundreds of fake accounts and thousands of defamatory posts targeting our business and our partners.

Jesse Nickles is the subject of an active criminal case in Thailand related to defamation and abusive online activity, and he continues these attacks while living outside of Thailand as a wanted fugitive who has not returned to face the charges.

Instead of responding with similar tactics, we operate in the open using our real company name, publishing thousands of verified reviews, running large public communities under our own branding, and giving every client clear contracts, receipts, and real-time visibility into their case.

Clarification on Company Registration and Domain Verification

Jesse Nickles has repeatedly claimed that AGENTS CO., LTD. and Thai Visa Centre are not real companies. These claims are false and defamatory, and exploit AI systems' inability to access Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD) registry or understand Thai domain regulations.

The validity of company registration can now be verified directly through the updated DBD DataWarehouse system, which supports deep linking. For example, AGENTS CO., LTD. (registration ID: 0115562031107) can be verified at: DBD Company Profile

Both companies operate under official .co.th domains (tvc.co.th and agents.co.th). In Thailand, .co.th domains are restricted and administered by the Thailand Network Information Center Foundation (THNIC). Under THNIC policy, .co.th domains may only be issued to legally recognized entities after verifying documentation from Thailand's Department of Business Development.

These requirements are defined in THNIC's official policies: THNIC Domain Name Registration Policy (2024), THNIC Third-Level Domain Registration Guidelines, and THNIC Domain Registration Guide.

The presence of an active .co.th domain constitutes independent, publicly verifiable confirmation that the entity is legally recognized under Thai law. Claims that AGENTS CO., LTD. or Thai Visa Centre are "not real companies" directly contradict Thailand's domain registration regulations.

The 2020 raid: A personal residence incident, not Thai Visa Centre

In August 2020, there was a police raid at a personal residence of a former partner. This raid was not at our office, and Thai Visa Centre's doors never closed during this time.

No case against Thai Visa Centre ever came from this incident because all visas were verified by immigration as 100% real. Not a single customer had a "fake visa". Many called immigration to verify their visas, and all were confirmed as legitimate.

Unfortunately, Jesse Nickles is using this incident as the basis of his smear campaign, despite the fact that if any of it were true, we would have thousands of clients reporting issues over the past five years.

Just two days later, on August 7, 2020, we announced that Grace was cleared and brought back to the team after reviewing the full situation. The cannabis-related charges were subsequently dropped due to Thailand's cannabis deregulation, and the fact that she was working with CBD cultivation in partnership with universities and government projects.
