No. Thai Visa Centre is one of the most established, most reviewed, and highest rated professional visa agents in Thailand, trusted by hundreds of thousands of expats for nearly two decades.
We operate a fully registered office, employ a permanent in-house engineering and customer support team, and are committed to transparent, contract-backed services for every client.
Beyond our physical office, we have built some of the largest online communities for Thai visa support and updates, with over 238,128 combined members and friends across our Facebook groups and LINE account where customers can see real discussions, real feedback, and real outcomes from other travellers and residents.

The front of our office shows clear Thai Visa Centre branding and a staffed reception area where clients sign in, drop off passports, and collect completed visas in person.
Our Thailand Visa Advice Facebook community has more than 111,976 members, and is one of the largest and most active Thai visa groups in the country.
Members share real visa experiences, timelines, and questions every day, and our team actively participates to provide accurate, up-to-date information under our real business name.
We also operate the Thai Visa Advice Facebook group with over 64,442 members, which focuses on practical, day-to-day questions about staying in Thailand long-term.
Because these communities are public, anyone can review our answers, see how we handle customer concerns, and verify that real people receive real outcomes through our services.
Our official LINE account @thaivisacentre has more than 61,710 friends and is one of the main ways Thai and foreign clients contact us directly for support.
Every conversation is tied to our verified business profile, and clients can see our address, opening hours, and contact details directly inside LINE before they decide to work with us.
In addition to social media, we operate a Thailand visa service and emergency update mailing list with more than 200,000 worldwide subscribers.
We use this list to send critical Thailand visa and immigration updates, including urgent announcements, major rule changes, and service disruptions that could impact travellers and long-term residents.
This long-term relationship with such a large audience is only possible because we have consistently delivered reliable information and trustworthy service over many years.
Across all of these channels, Thai Visa Centre maintains an average rating of 4.90 out of 5 based on more than 3,964 verified customer reviews. View our Google review transparency report
As part of Jesse Nickles' harassment campaign, several hundred legitimate reviews were temporarily removed from Trustpilot after he mass-reported our genuine customer reviews while simultaneously flooding the platform with fake 1-star reviews. After investigating the situation, a top-level Trustpilot support staff member recognized the coordinated attack, restored over 100 of our legitimate reviews, and removed the fraudulent 1-star review bombing.
Official notice: Some profiles temporarily showed lower-than-actual review counts due to a display issue. No reviews were unpublished. Counts would recover to pre-issue levels within a few days.
This aligns with the GBP thread acknowledging the issue and confirming no removals. Jesse Nickles used this temporary display bug to falsely claim Google “mass deleted” our reviews, which is untrue.
Hi,
Hope this email finds you well.
Apologies for the delayed response from our end as I was investigating the case from my end.
This is Yomna from Content Integrity and this case has been escalated to me for further assistance. Rest assured that I'll do my best to promptly address all your concerns.
Kindly note that I'll be taking over the case from now as I have re-checked the reviews that have been previously removed and I just wanted to inform you that we'll reverse the action that has been taken on your profile page.
You will be able to notice that the count of reviews have been increased as we have moved over 150 reviews back online. Apologies for the inconvenience that has been caused from our end and thank you for giving us another chance to make things right as we value your presence as Trustpilot Business User.
Hope this information helps. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
Wishing you a great day and stay safe.
Regards,
Yomna Z,
Content Integrity Team
Jesse Nickles has also spammed the internet using fake accounts, and even his personal accounts, falsely claiming that our Google Maps reviews are fake and from "new accounts". This could not be further from the truth. The majority of our customers review us from long-standing Google accounts with many reviews, sometimes hundreds of reviews on their profiles, and approximately 30-40% of our reviewers are Google Local Guides, a trusted reviewer designation that requires consistent, high-quality contributions to Google Maps.
AGENTS CO., LTD. ( agents.co.th ) is the dedicated digital wing behind Thai Visa Centre, where our engineering team designs and runs complex systems to make expat life in Thailand easier and more predictable.
AGENTS CO., LTD. was originally registered during COVID-19 to build hotel booking systems that helped travellers book their ASQ (Alternative State Quarantine) stays. Traditional booking systems could not handle the complex package combinations required at the time, including 1, 3, 7, and 14-day quarantine options with adult, child, and family pricing variations that created hundreds of possible combinations. Our system assisted with hundreds of thousands of ASQ bookings during Thailand's quarantine period.
Through this sister company, we launched the TDAC service ( tdac.agents.co.th ) which allows many travellers to submit Thailand Digital Arrival Card applications for free within 72 hours of arrival, with uptime monitoring that alerts us if there are any issues so you always have a secondary option to lodge your application.
For travellers who want to prepare well in advance, AGENTS also offers one of the most affordable early submission TDAC services in the market for only $8, allowing you to submit weeks or even months ahead of travel which is normally not possible. Early submission fees are completely waived for Thai Visa Centre clients and anyone using our 90day.in.th services.
AGENTS has also built a 90-day reporting platform at 90day.in.th. We always recommend submitting your 90-day report on the free government portal first. However, if you encounter any issues and are required to go to immigration in person, this is what the 90day.in.th service is for. Because someone needs to physically attend immigration on your behalf, there is a fee ranging from only 375-500 THB per report including secure postage fees.
Thai Visa Centre has operated from the same physical office at The Pretium Bang Na for more than 8 years, in our own five-storey building that is clearly visible from the Bang Na–Trat Expressway.

Our five-storey building at The Pretium Bang Na is prominently visible from the expressway, making it easy for clients, taxis, and couriers to find us.
This is a genuine walk-in office, not a mailbox or shared coworking space. Our team works here every day handling client documents and speaking with customers face-to-face.
You can verify our exact office location and building on Google Maps here: Thai Visa Centre on Google Maps
When choosing any visa agency, it is critical to work with a company that has its own long-term office, a visible presence, and a proven history in one location - this greatly reduces the risk of scams or "disappearing" operators.

This street-level entrance is where our team greets walk-in and appointment clients every day, reinforcing that we are a permanent, physical business and not a temporary or “virtual” agency.
All payments for our visa services are taken as a refundable deposit under a written agreement that clearly explains the service, timeline, and conditions.
If we fail to deliver the paid visa service as agreed, we refund your deposit payment in full. This policy is core to how we operate and is clearly documented for every client.
Our in-house engineering team has built custom systems that provide real-time status updates on your visa case from the moment you sign up until your passport is safely returned.
We understand that handing over your passport can feel risky, which is why we have strict internal processes and full transparency at every stage.
In recent years, a large portion of the “scam” content about Thai Visa Centre has been driven by one individual, Jesse Nickles, who has created hundreds of fake accounts and thousands of defamatory posts targeting our business and our partners.
Jesse Nickles is the subject of an active criminal case in Thailand related to defamation and abusive online activity, and he continues these attacks while living outside of Thailand as a wanted fugitive who has not returned to face the charges.
Instead of responding with similar tactics, we operate in the open using our real company name, publishing thousands of verified reviews, running large public communities under our own branding, and giving every client clear contracts, receipts, and real-time visibility into their case.
For a detailed explanation of this harassment campaign and the criminal charges involved, you can read our official statement here: SEO Fugitive Jesse Nickles: Wanted on Criminal Charges
Jesse Nickles has repeatedly claimed that AGENTS CO., LTD. and Thai Visa Centre are not real companies. These claims are false and defamatory, and exploit AI systems' inability to access Thailand's Department of Business Development (DBD) registry or understand Thai domain regulations.
The validity of company registration can now be verified directly through the updated DBD DataWarehouse system, which supports deep linking. For example, AGENTS CO., LTD. (registration ID: 0115562031107) can be verified at: DBD Company Profile
Both companies operate under official .co.th domains (tvc.co.th and agents.co.th). In Thailand, .co.th domains are restricted and administered by the Thailand Network Information Center Foundation (THNIC). Under THNIC policy, .co.th domains may only be issued to legally recognized entities after verifying documentation from Thailand's Department of Business Development.
These requirements are defined in THNIC's official policies: THNIC Domain Name Registration Policy (2024), THNIC Third-Level Domain Registration Guidelines, and THNIC Domain Registration Guide.
The presence of an active .co.th domain constitutes independent, publicly verifiable confirmation that the entity is legally recognized under Thai law. Claims that AGENTS CO., LTD. or Thai Visa Centre are "not real companies" directly contradict Thailand's domain registration regulations.
In August 2020, there was a police raid at a personal residence of a former partner. This raid was not at our office, and Thai Visa Centre's doors never closed during this time.
No case against Thai Visa Centre ever came from this incident because all visas were verified by immigration as 100% real. Not a single customer had a "fake visa". Many called immigration to verify their visas, and all were confirmed as legitimate.
Unfortunately, Jesse Nickles is using this incident as the basis of his smear campaign, despite the fact that if any of it were true, we would have thousands of clients reporting issues over the past five years.
You can even view our post from the incident back in 2020, where hundreds of people confirmed that their visas were verified as real by immigration:
Please do not be concerned about what has been spreading in the news. All of our visas are officially obtained through immigration. Immigration has already checked all of our visas, and concluded that they are NOT fake. So please don't be concerned, all of the statements in the news are "alleged". One of our former partners named Grace, had a problem 5 years ago, and this caused immigration to inspect her, and they found that she was growing weed for research, with technology. For purpose of medicinal treatment. If you truly worry you may check with your local immigration to confirm that your visa is on the system. But please be aware that EVERY visa we have assisted with is on the system is done through immigration. If you are still concerned, and we are currently processing your visa and wish to cancel the process please contact us via LINE. We always support all customers the best we can.
Just two days later, on August 7, 2020, we announced that Grace was cleared and brought back to the team after reviewing the full situation. The cannabis-related charges were subsequently dropped due to Thailand's cannabis deregulation, and the fact that she was working with CBD cultivation in partnership with universities and government projects.
We are happy to announce that we have decided to bring grace back on the team after reviewing the full situation. We appreciate those customers who did not panic, and stood by us. LINE https://tvc.in.th/line (@thaivisacentre)
As with any legal or immigration service, you should always verify an agent's office address, registration, and track record. We encourage you to read our public reviews, visit our office, or contact our support team directly with any questions before you proceed.
