I was sending my passport during the “news” time. At first no one answered my phone , and I was in a big worries , until after 3 days, They phoned me and said they can still do the service for me. After 2 weeks my passport back with visa stamps. And after 3 months. I sent them again my passport for extension and it came back like 3 days only. Got a stamp for Khon Kean immigration. Well, the service is fast and great except the price is a bit high but If you can accept it, everything is okay . now I’m still in Thailand for almost one year , I hope it will be no problem when I exit the country.
