I started using the Thai Visa Center when the Covid situation left me without a visa I have had marriage visas and retirement visas for many years so I gave it a try and was pleasantly surprised that the cost was reasonable and they use an effective messenger service to collect documents from my house to their office so far I have received my 3 month retirement visa and I’m in the process of getting my 12 month retirement visa I was advised that the retirement visa is an easier and cheaper visa when compared to a marriage visa many expats have mentioned this fact in the past so all in all they have been polite and have kept me in the loop at all times through Line chat I would recommend them if you want a hassle free experience without breaking the bank
