Wow, as in the past TVC has done a FANTASTIC job of delivering professional, valuable, and incredibly prompt visa service!! They just keep getting better! I renewed my passport and had it sent directly to them. They received it, informed me of receipt, and they transferred my old visa to my new passport, renewed the annual visa, and had it delivered to me in Phuket all in 3 days! THREE!! AMAZING!! Even though they processed so quickly I received emails each time the status of the process changed and could check status at any time. They truly have a fantastic system, wonderful staff, and an incredibly valuable service that they provide. Well done yet again!!

Update - used TVC again for 90-d reporting - outstanding service! Emailed them on a Sunday, not expecting a reply until Monday but got a professional reply the same day and had the 90-d slip in hand a couple of days later! Fantastic, responsive service and always professional plus they're continually improving their service like application status via the web and streamlined 90d reporting system. Highly recommended!
