Just did my second extension with TVC. This was the process: contact them via line and tell them my extension is due. Two hours later their courier arrived to pick up my passport. Later that day I received a link via Line I could use to track the progress of my application. Four days later my passport was returned via Kerry express wtih the new visa extension. Fast, painless, and convenient. For many years, I made the journey out to Chaeng Wattana. An hour and a half trip to get out here, five or six hours spent waiting to see an IO, another hour waiting to get my passport returned, an hour and a half journey back home. Then there was the uncertainy over whether I had all the right documents or if they were going to ask for something I hadn't prepared. Sure, the cost was cheaper, but as far as I'm concerned the extra cost is worth it. I also use TVC for my 90 day reports. They contact me to tell me my 90 day report is due,. I give them the go ahead and that's it. They have all my documents on file and I don't need to do a thing. The receipt comes a few days later by EMS. I've lived in Thailand a long time and I can assure you service like this is very rare.
