Type of service: Non-Immigrant O Visa (Retirement) - annual extension, plus a Multiple Re-Entry Permit. This was the first time that I have used the Thai Visa Centre (TVC) and it won't be the last. I was very pleased with the service that I received from June (and the rest of the TVC team). Previously, I used a visa agent in Pattaya, but TVC were more professional, and slightly cheaper. TVC use the LINE app to communicate with you, and this works well. You can leave a LINE message outside of working hours, and someone will reply to you within a reasonable period of time. TVC inform you clearly of the documents that you require, and the fees. TVC offer the THB800K service and this is much appreciated. What led me to TVC was that my visa agent in Pattaya was no longer able to work with my Thai bank, but TVC was. If you live in Bangkok, they offer a free collection and delivery service for your documents, which is much appreciated. I visited the office in person, for my first transaction with TVC. They delivered the passport to my condo, after the visa extension and re-entry permit were completed. The fees were THB 14,000 for the retirement visa extension (including the THB 800K service) and THB 4,000 for the multiple re-entry permit, making a total of THB 18,000. You can pay in cash (they have an ATM in the office) or by PromptPay QR code (if you have a Thai bank account) which is what I did. I took my documents to TVC on the Tuesday, and immigration (outside of Bangkok) granted my visa extension and re-entry permit on the Wednesday. TVC contacted me on the Thursday, to arrange for the passport to be returned to my condo on the Friday, just three working days for the whole process.
