This is by far one of the best agencies in thailand.. I recently had a situation where the previous agent I was using wouldn't return my passport, and kept telling me its coming, its coming after almost 6 weeks passed. Eventually igot my passport back, and decided to use Thai Visa Centre. A couple days later and I have a retirement visa extension, and it was also cheaper that my first open, even including the stupid fee that the other agent charged me because i decided to get my passport back from them.
