I was very impressed with the service I received recently from the Thai Visa Center. I was a bit nervous at first but the staff person (Grace) was very friendly and helpful and took the time to carefully answer all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She gave me the confidence I needed to move things forward and I was so glad I did. And even when I had a small "hiccup/issue" during the process, she proactively called me to let me know everything would be resolved and sorted out. And it was! And then a few days later, much earlier than they originally told me, all of my documents were ready to go and finished. When I went to pick everything up, Grace again took time to explain what to expect moving forward in the future and send me some helpful links in order to do my necessary reporting etc. I walked away feeling very happy and pleased by how smoothly everything went and how fast and easy it ended up being. I was so stressed out at the start but after it was all finished I was so glad I found the kind folks at the Thai Visa Center. I would recommend them to anyone! :-)
