I didn't go to their office but did everything via Line. Excellent service all around with quick and helpful replies from a very friendly agent. I did a visa extension and used a courier service to send and receive the passport, the process itself took one week and there were no problems at all. Very organized and efficient, everything is double checked and verified before the proceedings took place. I can't recommend this center highly enough and I'll be definitely coming back.
