I mailed my passport, et cetera to Thai Visa, in Bangkok on 13 May, having sent them some photos already. Received my items back here, Chiang Mai, the 22d of May. This was my 90-report and new one-year Non-O visa and also one re-entry permit. Total cost was 15,200 baht, which my g/f sent to them after they had received my docs. Grace kept me posted with emails throughout the process. Very fast, efficient and courteous people to do business with.
