Professional and speedy services, most staff speaks good English so it’s good for talking with international clients
office is not in the central area of Bangkok , so it’s far to reach the office in person , but that’s okay as they do offer delivery services
One suggestion for management for improvement is that your company should really open a WhatsApp account
since most of your clients are international people from countries where WhatsApp is the default popular texting app not LINE
most of them don’t use LINE, so honestly it’s not convenient for them to have to download the LINE app , JUST SO they can get in touch to do businesses with your company
As a business , it’s your job to accommodate clients
