The service was impeccable, quick and trustworthy. Granted, my case was very easy (30 day tourist visa extension) but Grace was super quick and helpful all along the way. Once your passport gets collected (applicable to Bangkok only) you will receive confirmation of receipt along with photos of my documents and a link on which to track your case 24/7. I had my passport back within 3 working days, delivered back to my hotel at no extra charge. Wonderful service, can highly recommend it!
