Sent passport they sent me a photo showing they received it,sent me updates on every step of process up to the envelope sending back my passport with updated one year visa This is the third time I've used this company And won't be the last ,took one week start to finish and there was a holiday on one of the days so super fast ,any questions ive had in the past were always dealt with with professionalism thankyou for making my life a little less stressful Thai visa centre ,I am just a happy customer hoping this helps out people who are unsure ,the service is the best
