I have used Thai Visa Centre for a couple of years. They have been very efficient in getting me a long term visa to stay in Bangkok. They are fast and organized. Someone comes to pick up your passport, and then return with the visa. Everything is done professionally. I recommend using their service if you intend to stay in Thailand for longer than what the tourist visa allows.
