I went into the office directly for my retirement visa, the office staff were all very nice and knowlegable, they had told me what to bring ahead of time for documents and it was only a matter of signing forms and paying the fee. I was told it would take one to two weeks and everything was completed in less than a week and that included then sending out my passport to me. So over all very very happy with the services, would highly recommend to any one needing any type of visa work completed, the cost was very reasonable as well
