A 10/10 service. I applied for a retirement visa. I sent my passport on a Thursday. They received it on a Friday. I made my payment. I was then able to check the visa process. The following Thursday I could see my visa was granted. My passport was sent back and I received it on the Friday. So, from the passport leaving my hands and receiving it back in my hands with the visa was only 8 days. Fantastic service. See you again next year.
