I cannot speak highly enough regarding the care, concern and patience demonstrated by the TVC staff - especially Yaiimai - in guiding me through the complexities of application for a new retirement visa. As with so many other individuals whose reviews I have read here, the procuring of the visa itself was achieved within a week. I’m fully aware that the operation is not yet complete and that there are several other twists and turns to be negotiated. But I have absolute confidence in the fact that with TVC I am in the right hands. Like so many others who have gone the review path before me, I will most certainly be returning to The Pretium (or hitting Line) this time next year or whenever I’m in need of help with immigration issues in the interim.
