I cannot speak highly enough regarding the care, concern and patience demonstrated by the TVC staff - especially Yaiimai - in guiding me through the complexities of application for a new retirement visa. As with so many other individuals whose reviews I have read here, the procuring of the visa itself was achieved within a week. I’m fully aware that the operation is not yet complete and that there are several other twists and turns to be negotiated. But I have absolute confidence in the fact that with TVC I am in the right hands. Like so many others who have gone the review path before me, I will most certainly be returning to The Pretium (or hitting Line) this time next year or whenever I’m in need of help with immigration issues in the interim. The members of this team know its business by heart. They have no equal. Spread the word!!
