Me and friends just got our Visa back without any problems.
We got a little bit worried after the news in the media on Tuesday .
But all our questions via email , Line get replied.
I understand that it was and is a difficult time for them now .
We wish all the best and we will use their services again.

After we received our Visaxetensions we also used TVC for our 90 day report. We send them via Line the required details. Big surprise 3days later the new report was delivered at home via EMS.
