I wanted to achieve a non-immigrant 'O' retirement visa. Cutting a long story short what official websites said about applying for it and what my local immigration office said were too different things when applying inside Thailand. I literally booked an appointment on the day with Thai Visa Centre, went in, completed the mandatory paperwork, paid the fee, followed the clear instructions and five days later had the required visa. Polite, fast answering staff and exceptional after care. You won't go wrong with this very well set up organisation.
