To be honest I was skeptical with using third party as a non-resident, but after reviewing I decided to give a try. I psycho when I gave my passport to the driver because who knows what could happen to you? However surprisingly I’m super satisfied with their service: - they respond quick on line - they have special access to you to follow the status - they plan picking and delivery of passport I would suggest to improve in communicating the docs they needed because I have 2 different versions. Anyway overall process is smooth. So I’ll totally recommend them :) My visa was done within 48hours! Thanks a lot
