I recently broke my foot. I cannot not walk very far & steps are next to impossible. It was time to renew my visa. Thai Visa was very understanding. They sent a currier to collect my passport & bankbook & take my picture. All the time we were in contact w/ each other. They were efficient & timely. It only took 4 days for process to be complete. They contacted when currier was on the way to return my items. Thai Visa went above my expectations & I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend.
