Highly recommended. Simple efficient professional service. My visa was going to take a month but I paid on the 2nd of July and my passport was complete and in the post on the 3rd. Outstanding service. No fuss and precise advice. A delighted customer.
Edit June 2001:
Completed my retirement extension in record time, processed on Friday and I received my passport on the Sunday. Free 90 day report to initiate my new visa. With rain season on us, TVC even used a rain protective envelope to ensure safe return of my passport. Always thinking, always ahead and always on top of their game. Of all services of any nature I have never came across anyone as professional and responsive.
Edit 2026: continued Non O retirement renewals and 90 day reports. Simply an outstanding service that somehow just gets better and more efficient with automated service.
