Recently used them for a 30-day visa exempt extension to stay an additional month. Overall, excellent service and communication, and very fast process, just four business days to get my passport back with a new 30-day stamp.
The only complaint I have is that I was told at the last minute there’d be a late fee if I made the payment after 3 P.M. that same day, which cut it close because the pickup service dropped my passport to their office close to this time. Anyhow, all went smoothly and I’m happy with the service. Price was also very reasonable.
