I needed to extend my initial 3 months Non immigrant 0 to one year. From start to finish everything went smoothly(opening of the bank, visa extension etc…). I even went personally to their location to be sure of the process which wasn’t needed but i like to speak directly with someone. Overall very effective and professional. Honest agency... The credit we stored of a refunded process was kept honestly by them and deducted for further service useage... The process was fast for the fast track as the agent was there already and passed me on the a guiding officer... the whole process took like 5 minute.

For the past several years, I have used Thai Visa Centre exclusively for all my immigration needs. I have a Non-O visa for the purposes of retirement and while I could do the extensions myself, I find that using Thai Visa has several advantages. First, I don't have to deal with immigration -- ever. I haven't been in an immigration office since I started using them. Second, they can handle all of my immigration needs: visa extensions, 90 day reports, residence certificates, visa transfer from an old to a new passport, etc. All of this can be done online and through the Thai Postal EMS service, which is secure and reliable. In Bangkok, they will even dispatch a messanger to pick up and return your documents. Of course, it can be nerve-wracking to send off important documents like a passport but they have been very responsive in ensuring that my mind is at ease and to answer any questions I might have. To me, the cost has been well worth it for the peace of mind they offer.

I needed a dtv visa and was recommended this company they even got back to me to check I still needed it . Recently I did my retirement Visa renew for one year. I did it at Chainat local Police /Immigration. I have to say the service each time is 110 %. This is the time line of interactions and shows amazing service. 13 Feb Passport, 4 Photos, TM47 (90 Day Report paperwork) and digital photo sent by express post to Thai Visa Centre 14 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre responds with advice. Documents received 15 Feb Fees Transferred to their Bank 15 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre advises that money received 16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application. 18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch 18 Feb TXT and Email advised Passport Dispatched with Kerry Express with details provided 18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb 19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. The process was simple, fast and went without a problem and VERY quick.

Tým je velmi profesionální — co slíbí, to dodrží. Využil jsem dvě služby: VIP doprovod a důchodové vízum, a jsem s oběma velmi spokojený. Jen jedno doporučení: měli by klientům, kteří jsou u nich již zaregistrovaní, poskytnout jasné kontaktní informace pro komunikaci, což by komunikaci usnadnilo a zefektivnilo.

Vynikající služba, velmi profesionální a vstřícná. Vstupoval/a a opouštěl/a jsem Thajsko téměř 3 roky a až při mém nedávném vstupu koncem prosince 2025 při běžném VOA, které uděluje 60 dnů s možností 30denního prodloužení pro držitele australských pasů, mi imigrace oznámila, že mi bude uděleno POUZE 60 dní a že v budoucnu budu pro vstup potřebovat vízum. Kontaktoval/a jsem Thai Visa Centre přes aplikaci Line a zeptal/a se, jak by mi mohli pomoci, protože jsem měl/a odlet za 45 dní a plánoval/a jsem se vrátit po 14 dnech. Poté opět odletět v červnu a vrátit se v červenci, kdy bych měl/a zůstat až do poloviny listopadu; mohl/a bych být mimo Thajsko méně než 6 nocí kvůli náboženským povinnostem/tréninku. Jaké bylo jejich řešení, s ohledem na to, že jako mnich spoléhám na podporu laické komunity a zároveň nechci velké finanční výdaje a poplatky. Thai Visa Centre navrhl/a požádat o: NON-O důchodové vízum - 1leté prodloužení důchodového víza - vícenásobný vstup Poskytli cenu, která byla uspokojivá. Jelikož jsem musel/a odcestovat za méně než 4 týdny, požádal/a jsem, zda to mohou stihnout tak, abych to měl/a 2 dny před odletem, což potvrdili. Požádali mě, abych poslal/a dokumenty z jižní provincie, kde bydlím; použil/a jsem službu EMS na poště a dorazilo to následující den... úžasné. Visa centre mi poslalo zprávu hned po obdržení; následoval odkaz, který sledoval průběh žádosti. Byl/a jsem překvapen/a efektivitou a jasnými odpověďmi na mé dotazy týkající se razítek při odchodu atd. a dalších procesů nezbytných pro dodržení pravidel pobytu cizinců. Vyberte si je, pokud hledáte kvalitní práci!
