For the past several years, I have used Thai Visa Centre exclusively for all my immigration needs. I have a Non-O visa for the purposes of retirement and while I could do the extensions myself, I find that using Thai Visa has several advantages. First, I don't have to deal with immigration -- ever. I haven't been in an immigration office since I started using them. Second, they can handle all of my immigration needs: visa extensions, 90 day reports, residence certificates, visa transfer from an old to a new passport, etc. All of this can be done online and through the Thai Postal EMS service, which is secure and reliable. In Bangkok, they will even dispatch a messanger to pick up and return your documents. Of course, it can be nerve-wracking to send off important documents like a passport but they have been very responsive in ensuring that my mind is at ease and to answer any questions I might have. To me, the cost has been well worth it for the peace of mind they offer.

I needed a dtv visa and was recommended this company they even got back to me to check I still needed it . They came back to me every time and even messaged my Thai friend to ease of communication services was 10/10 and the price was great and big saving . I have just extended my Retirement Visa using this company. This is the time line of interactions and shows amazing service. 13 Feb Passport, 4 Photos, TM47 (90 Day Report paperwork) and digital photo sent by express post to Thai Visa Centre 14 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre responds with advice. Documents received 15 Feb Fees Transferred to their Bank 15 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre advises that money received 16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application. 18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch 18 Feb TXT and Email advised Passport Dispatched with Kerry Express with details provided 18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb 19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. The process was simple, fast and went without a problem and VERY quick.

Το Thai Visa Centre είναι το καλύτερο. Είχα αρκετά προβλήματα και μετά από συνεννόηση μαζί τους κατάφερα να ανοίξω τραπεζικό λογαριασμό την ίδια μέρα. Έλαβα το διαβατήριο και όλα τα απαιτούμενα έγγραφα σε 2 ημέρες. Τα παρέδωσαν μέσω ταχυμεταφοράς. Θα το πρότεινα σε οποιονδήποτε δεν θέλει να ασχοληθεί με την ταλαιπωρία της τράπεζας και της μετανάστευσης. Αξίζει το κόστος. Ευχαριστώ για όλα.

Η ομάδα είναι πολύ επαγγελματική — ό,τι υπόσχονται, το υλοποιούν. Έχω χρησιμοποιήσει δύο υπηρεσίες: τη συνοδεία VIP και τη βίζα συνταξιοδότησης, και είμαι πολύ ικανοποιημένος/η και με τις δύο. Μόνο μία σύσταση: θα πρέπει να παρέχουν σαφείς πληροφορίες επικοινωνίας στους πελάτες που έχουν ήδη εγγραφεί μαζί τους, κάτι που θα έκανε την επικοινωνία πιο εύκολη και αποδοτική.

Είχα εισέρχεται και εξέρχεσταν από την Ταϊλάνδη για σχεδόν 3 χρόνια και μόνο στην πρόσφατη είσοδό μου στα τέλη Δεκεμβρίου 2025, κατά την συνήθη είσοδο με Visa on Arrival (VOA) που παρέχει 60 ημέρες με δυνατότητα επέκτασης 30 ημερών για κατόχους αυστραλιανών διαβατηρίων, με ενημέρωσε η Μετανάστευση ότι θα μου δοθούν ΜΟΝΟ 60 ημέρες και ότι θα χρειαστεί να έχω βίζα για είσοδο στο μέλλον. Επικοινώνησα με το Thai Visa Centre μέσω της εφαρμογής Line και ρώτησα πώς θα μπορούσαν να με βοηθήσουν, καθώς θα αναχωρούσα σε 45 ημέρες και σχεδίαζα να επιστρέψω μετά από 14 μέρες. Έπειτα θα έφευγα ξανά τον Ιούνιο και θα επέστρεφα τον Ιούλιο, οπότε θα έπρεπε να μείνω μέχρι τα μέσα Νοεμβρίου· με τη δυνατότητα να λείπω από την Ταϊλάνδη λιγότερες από 6 νύχτες για να συμμορφώνομαι με θρησκευτικές υποχρεώσεις/εκπαίδευση. Ποια ήταν η λύση τους, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη ότι ως μοναχός βασίζομαι στην υποστήριξη των λαϊκών και ότι δεν ήθελα μεγάλες οικονομικές επιβαρύνσεις και χρεώσεις; Το Thai Visa Centre πρότεινε να αιτηθώ: NON-O Retirement - Παράταση συνταξιοδότησης 1 έτους - Πολλαπλή είσοδος Μου έδωσαν την τιμή, η οποία ήταν ικανοποιητική. Καθώς έπρεπε να αναχωρήσω σε λιγότερο από 4 εβδομάδες, ρώτησα αν θα μπορούσαν να το ολοκληρώσουν ώστε να το έχω 2 ημέρες πριν από την πτήση μου, κάτι που επιβεβαίωσαν. Στη συνέχεια μου ζήτησαν να στείλω τα έγγραφα από την επαρχία στο νότο όπου διαμένω· χρησιμοποίησα την υπηρεσία EMS του ταχυδρομείου και έφτασε την επόμενη μέρα... Καταπληκτικό. Το Visa Centre μου έστειλε μήνυμα μόλις το έλαβε· ακολούθησε ένας σύνδεσμος που παρακολουθεί τη διαδικασία της αίτησης. Έμεινα έκπληκτος από την αποδοτικότητα και τις σαφείς απαντήσεις στις ερωτήσεις μου σχετικά με τις σφραγίδες εξόδου κ.ά. και άλλες διαδικασίες που ήταν νέες για την προετοιμασία μου ώστε να συμμορφωθώ με τη διαμονή επισκεπτών αλλοδαπών. Επιλέξτε τους αν ψάχνετε για καλή εξυπηρέτηση!
