Honest agency... The credit we stored of a refunded process was kept honestly by them and deducted for further service useage... The process was fast for the fast track as the agent was there already and passed me on the a guiding officer... the whole process took like 5 minute.

For the past several years, I have used Thai Visa Centre exclusively for all my immigration needs. I have a Non-O visa for the purposes of retirement and while I could do the extensions myself, I find that using Thai Visa has several advantages. First, I don't have to deal with immigration -- ever. I haven't been in an immigration office since I started using them. Second, they can handle all of my immigration needs: visa extensions, 90 day reports, residence certificates, visa transfer from an old to a new passport, etc. All of this can be done online and through the Thai Postal EMS service, which is secure and reliable. In Bangkok, they will even dispatch a messanger to pick up and return your documents. Of course, it can be nerve-wracking to send off important documents like a passport but they have been very responsive in ensuring that my mind is at ease and to answer any questions I might have. To me, the cost has been well worth it for the peace of mind they offer.

I needed a dtv visa and was recommended this company they even got back to me to check I still needed it . They came back to me every time and even messaged my Thai friend to ease of communication services was 10/10 and the price was great and big saving . I used the Non-O Retirement Visa service, and from the moment I started connecting with the Thai Visa Centre and asking questions, they were very supportive and comprehensive, and the tracking and messaging technology is very high-tech and efficient. They are very prompt in responding and extremely friendly. I want you to know that the visa was actually successful and on time, according to the agreement stipulated. I have just extended my Retirement Visa using this company. This is the time line of interactions and shows amazing service. 13 Feb Passport, 4 Photos, TM47 (90 Day Report paperwork) and digital photo sent by express post to Thai Visa Centre 14 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre responds with advice. Documents received 15 Feb Fees Transferred to their Bank 15 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre advises that money received 16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application. 18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch 18 Feb TXT and Email advised Passport Dispatched with Kerry Express with details provided 18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb 19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. The process was simple, fast and went without a problem and VERY quick.

A csapat nagyon profi — amit vállalnak, azt teljesítik. Két szolgáltatást vettem igénybe: VIP kíséretet és nyugdíjas vízumot, és mindkettővel nagyon elégedett vagyok. Csak egy javaslat: adjanak meg egyértelmű kommunikációs elérhetőséget a már regisztrált ügyfeleknek, ez megkönnyítené és hatékonyabbá tenné a kommunikációt.

Közel 3 évig ki- és beléptem Thaiföldre, és csak a közelmúltbeli belépésemmel, 2025 decemberének végén, a megszokott VOA-val (érkezéskor kapott vízum), amely 60 napot ad és ausztrál útlevéllel rendelkezők számára 30 napos meghosszabbítást engedélyez, az immigráció tájékoztatott, hogy ezentúl csak 60 napot adnak, és a jövőben vízummal kell belépnem. Felvettem a kapcsolatot a Thai Visa Centrel a Line alkalmazáson keresztül, és megkérdeztem, hogyan tudnának segíteni, mivel 45 napon belül el kellett utaznom, majd 14 nap múlva visszatértem volna. Aztán júniusban kilépek, júliusban visszatérek, amikor november közepéig kell maradnom; vallási megfigyelés/gyakorlat miatt kevesebb mint 6 éjszakát tölthetek távol Thaiföldtől. Mi volt a megoldásuk, figyelembe véve, hogy szerzetesként a laikusok támogatására támaszkodom, és nem szeretnék nagy pénzkiadásokat és díjakat? A Thai Visa Centre azt javasolta, hogy igényeljem: NON-O nyugdíjas vízum - 1 év nyugdíjas meghosszabbítás - Többszöri belépés Megadták az árat, amely kielégítő volt. Mivel kevesebb mint 4 héten belül el kellett indulnom, megkérdeztem, el tudják-e intézni úgy, hogy a járatom indulása előtt 2 nappal meglegyen, amit megerősítettek. Ezután kérték, hogy küldjem el a dokumentumokat onnan, a déli tartományból, ahol lakom; a Posta EMS szolgáltatását használtam, és másnap megérkezett... Csodálatos. A Visa Centre üzenetet küldött, amint megkapták; majd egy linket adtak, amely nyomon követi az ügyintézést. Megdöbbentett a hatékonyság és a világos válaszok az olyan kérdéseimre, mint a kilépőbélyegek és egyéb, a külföldi látogatók tartózkodásának betartásához szükséges folyamatok. Válassza őket, ha jó munkát szeretne!
