I had been entering and exiting Thailand for nearly 3 yrs and only on my recent entry late december 2025 on the usual VOA which grants 60 days with a 30 day extension for Australian Passport holders was I informed by Immigration that I would be given a 60 day ONLY and I would need to have a visa for entry in the future. I contacted Thai Visa Centre using the Line app and asked how they could help me as I would be departing in 45 days then planning to return after 14 days. Then exiting again June returning in July when I would need to stay until mid November; only being able to be out of Thailand less then 6 nights to comply with religious observance/training. What was their solution bearing in mind as a monastic that relies on support of lay people that would also not require large money outlays and charges. The Thai Visa centre suggested I seek: NON-O Retirement - 1 Year Retirement Extension - Multiple entry They provided the price which was satisfactory. As I had to depart in under 4 weeks I asked if they could get it done so I could have it by 2 days before my departing flight which they confirmed. They then asked me to send the documents from the southern province where I reside; I used the Post office EMS service it arrived the following day... Amazing.The Visa centre sent me a message as soon as they received it; followed by a link that tracks the application process. I was surprised at the efficiency and the clear answers to my questions regarding the exit stamps, etc and other processes new to my preparation to comply with the foreign visitors stay. Choose them if your looking for a good job!

Those negative reviews make me laugh, especially the guy who uses his full name and then leaves a review signed with only his last name. When the only complaints are that it is too expensive or based on vague third-party accusations, you really have to do better if your goal is to hurt this business. I can tell you that my first quotes for a VISA were 50 to 75 percent higher, and I would have had to travel two hours each way to get it done. This agency handled everything for far less, and it was extremely convenient because I could simply send my documents by mail. If you think it is too expensive and did not use the service, you should not even be able to leave a review, because you did not use it. If you think it is too expensive but still used the service, then I would ask why. You could surely have found something cheaper, right? Honestly, these comments are just weird to me. I got my visa done in two weeks. Was it cheap? I have no idea, because cheap is relative to what. I got exactly what I wanted, and there was no cheaper option available after searching two months. They did a great job, and no, I am not broke. If you think this service might be right for you, do not let those jaded people discourage you. I am 100 percent satisfied, and I would shout it from the rooftops if I were not.

Professional and speedy services, most staff speaks good English so it’s good for talking with international clients office is not in the central area of Bangkok , so it’s far to reach the office in person , but that’s okay as they do offer delivery services One suggestion for management for improvement is that your company should really open a WhatsApp account since most of your clients are international people from countries where WhatsApp is the default popular texting app not LINE most of them don’t use LINE, so honestly it’s not convenient for them to have to download the LINE app , JUST SO they can get in touch to do businesses with your company As a business , it’s your job to accommodate clients Other than this , pleasant experience, keep up the good work

Het proces was snel en eenvoudig. Opgehaald bij mijn hotel om 8:00 en afgezet om 11:30 na het openen van een Thaise bankrekening en het regelen bij immigratie. Mijn paspoort werd 3 dagen nadat ik het bij immigratie had ingediend persoonlijk aan mij bezorgd. Veilig / simpel / gemakkelijk..
