I have had an ongoing relationship with the Thai Immigration Dept, since 1990 albeit with work permits or retirement visas, which has been primarily characterized by frustration. Since i have started using the Thai Visa Centre services all such frustrations have disappeared, replaced with their very courteous, efficient and professional assistance.
