I needed to extend my initial 3 months Non immigrant 0 to one year. From start to finish everything went smoothly(opening of the bank, visa extension etc…). I even went personally to their location to be sure of the process which wasn’t needed but i like to speak directly with someone. Overall very effective and professional. Honest agency... The credit we stored of a refunded process was kept honestly by them and deducted for further service useage... The process was fast for the fast track as the agent was there already and passed me on the a guiding officer... the whole process took like 5 minute.

For the past several years, I have used Thai Visa Centre exclusively for all my immigration needs. I have a Non-O visa for the purposes of retirement and while I could do the extensions myself, I find that using Thai Visa has several advantages. First, I don't have to deal with immigration -- ever. I haven't been in an immigration office since I started using them. Second, they can handle all of my immigration needs: visa extensions, 90 day reports, residence certificates, visa transfer from an old to a new passport, etc. All of this can be done online and through the Thai Postal EMS service, which is secure and reliable. In Bangkok, they will even dispatch a messanger to pick up and return your documents. Of course, it can be nerve-wracking to send off important documents like a passport but they have been very responsive in ensuring that my mind is at ease and to answer any questions I might have. To me, the cost has been well worth it for the peace of mind they offer.

I needed a dtv visa and was recommended this company they even got back to me to check I still needed it . They came back to me every time and even messaged my Thai friend to ease of communication services was 10/10 and the price was great and big saving . Recently I did my retirement Visa renew for one year. I did it at Chainat local Police /Immigration. I have to say the service each time is 110 %. This is the time line of interactions and shows amazing service. 13 Feb Passport, 4 Photos, TM47 (90 Day Report paperwork) and digital photo sent by express post to Thai Visa Centre 14 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre responds with advice. Documents received 15 Feb Fees Transferred to their Bank 15 Feb Grace at the Thai Visa Centre advises that money received 16 Feb Txt message received & Email with link to online page where I can see the progress of my application. 18 Feb Txt and EMail to say Visa completed and passport ready for collection or dispatch 18 Feb TXT and Email advised Passport Dispatched with Kerry Express with details provided 18 Feb Checked Kerry Express and Passport delivered to them at 2..53pm with Delivery to me expected tomorrow 19 Feb 19 Feb 9.20 am Passport returned with bank passbook by courier. My wife has also obtained her Retirement Visa using Thai Visa Centre and I cannot commend or recommend Grace and her company enough. The process was simple, fast and went without a problem and VERY quick.

L'equip és molt professional: el que s'ofereixen, ho compleixen. He utilitzat dos serveis: l'acompanyament VIP i el visat de jubilació, i estic molt content i satisfet amb ambdós. Només una recomanació: haurien de proporcionar informació de contacte clara per a la comunicació als clients que ja estan registrats amb ells, cosa que facilitaria la comunicació i la faria més eficient.

He estat entrant i sortint de Tailàndia durant gairebé 3 anys i només a la meva entrada recent a finals de desembre de 2025, en l'habitual VOA que atorga 60 dies amb una extensió de 30 dies per a titulars de passaport australià, la immigració em va informar que només em concedirien 60 dies i que en el futur necessitaria un visat per entrar. Vaig contactar Thai Visa Centre a través de l'aplicació Line i els vaig explicar la meva situació: sortiria en 45 dies, tornaria després de 14 dies, i més tard sortiria al juny i tornaria al juliol, quan hauria de romandre fins a mitjans de novembre; podent estar fora de Tailàndia menys de 6 nits per complir observances/formació religiosa. Quina seria la solució que no comportés grans despeses, tenint en compte que sóc monjo i depenc del suport de laics? Thai Visa Centre em va suggerir sol·licitar: NON-O Retirement - Extensió de jubilació d'1 any - Entrada múltiple Em van donar un preu satisfactori. Com que havia de marxar en menys de 4 setmanes, els vaig demanar si ho podien tenir llest dos dies abans del meu vol de sortida, cosa que van confirmar. Em van demanar que enviés els documents des de la província del sud on resideixo; vaig utilitzar el servei EMS de Correus i va arribar l'endemà... Increïble. El Visa Centre em va enviar un missatge tan bon punt ho van rebre, seguit d'un enllaç per fer el seguiment del procés de sol·licitud. Em va sorprendre l'eficiència i la claredat de les respostes a les meves preguntes sobre els segells de sortida, etc., i altres processos nous per a la meva preparació per complir amb l'estada de visitants estrangers. Escull-los si busques un bon servei!
