Thai Visa Centre helped us to obtain a one-year Non O (retirement) extension for my wife, who was holding a 90 day Non O (others) visa at the time. Their service package included a multiple entry permit for an additional fee, and two 90 day reports, one for the initial visa she already held, and the upcoming report under the one-year extension. TVC staff were responsive, professional, thorough, and, most importantly, quick. The status checking app was terrific (you'll understand what I mean when you use it). Their fees were reasonable too, especially because of the promotions they were offering. When we have future visa needs, we will turn to TVC for help. We recommend TVC 10/10.

I live in Bangkok Prawet district, bordering on Samut Prakarn. Going to Chaengwatthana is always a major hassle and I have to do at least once a year after I re-enter the kingdom for the first time (rest I can do online). This saves me pretty much an entire day and the money for travel. Tremendous idea to streamline the process and focus on this specific niche.

They picked me up, had representatives accompany me, helped me set up my Thai bank account, and took me to the Bangkok Immigration Office. That is where I really understood the value of their service. Bangkok Immigration is huge, busy, and can be very confusing if you don't know exactly what you're doing. I watched so many Westerners walking around looking lost and frustrated, trying to figure out where to go, what paperwork they needed, and what came next. My experience was completely different. I had a Thai Visa Centre representative with me throughout the entire process. They knew exactly where to take me, what needed to be done next, and helped communicate with the immigration officers. I knew exactly where I was in the process 100% of the time. The process still took most of the day, but it was relaxed and organized. I honestly believe it could have taken me two or three days—and a lot of frustration—if I had tried to figure everything out myself. Their assistance with opening the bank account was also extremely valuable. Even something that sounds simple can become complicated when you don't speak Thai, and having someone there who knows the process and can translate makes an enormous difference. Thai Visa Centre also handled my first 90-day report, and once again, everything went smoothly with no issues. Their service is not cheap, but there is a big difference between something being inexpensive and something being a good value. For what they provide, I believe Thai Visa Centre is an excellent value. Don't pick up pennies while walking over dollars. The time, frustration, uncertainty, transportation, translation, and potential mistakes they saved me were well worth the cost. Un consell a tenir en compte és que de vegades els empleats del correu de Tailàndia tenen problemes per trobar la teva casa per retornar el teu passaport o no estàs a casa per signar-ho. No té res a veure amb els de les vises. Pots trucar al correu tailandès i tenen un departament d'anglès. Marca el 1545 i després prem 9# quan truques al número principal de quatre dígits per obtenir anglès. La pàgina web també té opció en anglès. En algunes illes i zones rurals normalment retenen el paquet al centre de distribució local fins que vas a recollir-lo. També pots utilitzar l'app de seguiment i traça del correu tailandès per obtenir actualitzacions horàries sobre l'hora de lliurament.

Vaig canviar d'un altre servei a TVC i la diferència és com la nit i el dia. Excel·lent comunicació, temps de resposta ràpid i la meitat del preu per a una renovació anual de jubilació. Desitjo haver fet el canvi fa anys.

No totes les agències de visats són iguals. Aquesta té EL PODER!! Fan el que altres no poden. No importa on siguis a Tailàndia... gestionen tot remotament. També tenen instruccions clares i directes sobre com aconseguir el visat. De principi a fi vaig obtenir el meu visat DTV en 18 dies des del primer contacte. Vaig haver d'anar a Laos i tot el procés va ser fluid. L'ambaixada de Laos va emetre el visat 4 dies després de fer el pagament. No estic segur si TVC té connexions allà, però va ser molt ràpid! TVC el millor 🐐
