I had not planned on staying in Thailand beyond my 30 day tourist visa. However, something came up and I knew I needed to extend. I got some information on how to go to the new place out in Laksi. It seemed fairly straight forward, but I knew I would have to get there early to avoid it being an all day thing. Then I saw the Thai Visa Centre online. Since it was already later morning, I thought I would contact them. They were very quick to respond to my inquiry and answered all of my questions. I decided to book a time slot for that afternoon which was super easy to do. I used the BTS and a taxi to get there which is what I would have needed to do anyway had I gone the Laksi route. I got there about 30 minutes before my scheduled time slot, but I only waited about 5 minutes before one of the excellent staff members, Mod, was able to help me. I barely had time to finish the nice cold bottled water they gave me. Mod filled out all the forms, took my picture, had me sign the documents in under 15 minutes. I really did nothing other than chat with the very pleasant staff. They called a taxi for me to get back to the BTS, and two days later my passport was dropped off at my condo front office. Of course the extended visa stamp was in place. My problem was solved in less time than it takes to get a proper Thai massage. Cost wise it was 3,500 baht to have these professionals do it for me instead of 1,900 baht for me to do it myself out in Laksi. I’ll take the zero stress pleasant experience every time and definitely be using them in the future for any visa needs. Thanks Thai Visa Centre and thanks Mod!

I went into the office directly for my retirement visa, the office staff were all very nice and knowlegable, they had told me what to bring ahead of time for documents and it was only a matter of signing forms and paying the fee. I was told it would take one to two weeks and everything was completed in less than a week and that included then sending out my passport to me. So over all very very happy with the services, would highly recommend to any one needing any type of visa work completed, the cost was very reasonable as well

They're absolutely fantastic! Update, October 2021: Wow, as in the past TVC has done a FANTASTIC job of delivering professional, valuable, and incredibly prompt visa service!! They just keep getting better! I renewed my passport and had it sent directly to them. They received it, informed me of receipt, and they transferred my old visa to my new passport, renewed the annual visa, and had it delivered to me in Phuket all in 3 days! THREE!! AMAZING!! Even though they processed so quickly I received emails each time the status of the process changed and could check status at any time. They truly have a fantastic system, wonderful staff, and an incredibly valuable service that they provide. Well done yet again!! Very professional from start to finish, very fast delivery! Well done, thanks! Update - used TVC again for 90-d reporting - outstanding service!
