Update: One year later, I now have had the pleasure of working with Grace at Thai Visa Center (TVC) to renew my annual retirement visa. Once again, the level of customer service I received from TVC was impeccable. I can easily tell that Grace uses well established protocols, making the entire renewal process quick and efficient. Due to this, TVC is able to identify and obtain applicable personal documents and navigate government departments seamlessly, in order to make visa renewal painless.
